Their draft system was not yet working so got bottles of Puerto Rican beer (excellent) and later switched to modelo special. 3) Ordered several dishes. ALL tasted great. Very nicely seasoned. 4) We first sat at the bar and then transferred to the pool table area. Played some games and danced to some music. 5) This place has Karaoke. There were four tables in the front available; however, one had empty drink cups. The manager took the cups and told us she would be back to clean the table. After waiting about five minutes, we cleaned the table ourselves and sat down. With one empty table remaining, a customer wrote "reserved" on a napkin and placed it on the last open table. I watched as a couple searched for a seat, eventually moving the napkin and sitting down to order. The customer who had reserved the table for a friend complained to the manager, who then made the couple move. It seems you can just write "reserved" on a napkin, place it on every table, and essentially reserve the entire place for your friends. Despite the poor customer service, our waitress was awesome, and overall, the food was good. Just message a friend and they can reserve you a table with a napkin.
