First off he told my 86 yr old mother that she need her 4 bottom front teeth pulled and a plate with teeth to wear. WRONG! Our new dentist shook his head and said....NOPE! I'm so glad you came to me. A good deep cleaning will secure those teeth because her jaw bone is just fine! Now I've also been complaining about a crown he put on one of my molars. The day after getting it I noticed it kept hurting so I ran my tongue across the back of it. There's a opening between the cap and my gums where food is getting in....SMH! I told dentist at Jangs and he had the nerve to tell me just to keep it clean and use a toothpick to pull food out! I knew he was full of it. Even our new dentist said its a ill fitting crown which he took pictures of and is submitting them to have it replaced and show them what Dr Jangs office did to me. I kept telling Jangs office that the crown wasn't right. I should have to be in pain after getting a cemrown and I definitely shouldn't be getting food in an opening! Then he yanked some of my teeth telling me they couldn't be saved and crowns were denied. Crown were denied because they could have been saved and I realized that when he had the audacity to ask me....." Don't you want dentures?" Fuck no....do you? Then they kept trying to push us to get my mom's teeth yanked....NOPE! Plus I waited about 2 months to where they were supposed to submit the paperwork for approval for my mom's work and heard nothing. So I would call only to have that bitch that sits in front be rude. She's lucky I bit my tongue quite a few time because she doesn't realize she playing with fire. 2 of the ladies that work up front need a good ass whipping and one day someone is gonna give it to them. I told the one who submits all the paperwork to her face after she had the nerve to be rude to me on the phone that she better never talk to me like I'm her 5 year old child again. Watch out people! Lots of scamming going on at this dental office. Money hungry and they don't care who's mouth they ruin....because they ruined mine and ALMOST my mom's. Its sad how people complain about some of the staff up front and nothing is EVER done about it. Even a few of the girls that work in the back said their very rude to clients. I use to go to this dentist until they cracked a tooth. I had a tooth with a partial cavity and…read morethey said they could cut out the cavity and save the rest of the tooth. They said they would put a crown on the tooth. The good news is they were able to do exactly that, they removed the cavity and put a crown on the tooth. The bad news is the crown was too big and it caused pain. I returned a few times and they tried but failed to fix it. One day the pain stopped on its own, strange. Even stranger is the neighboring tooth felt funny, not really pain but something was off. I went back and what do you know, the neighboring tooth was cracked, due to the pressure put on it from the over-sized crown. They checked x-rays and sure enough, that same cracked tooth was perfectly healthy just a month before the crown. Right before the crown, I had a perfectly healthy tooth, a month after the crown, a cracked molar on a tooth that was otherwise healthy. Instead of taking responsibility I was treated not like someone who was a regular or someone who just suffered a cracked tooth, but I was treated like I was the villain. They never could answer how that tooth cracked all of a sudden, except "Well you are getting older" and other nonsense. So in the end they saved the tooth with the cavity and the crown stopped hurting, but the process cost me a perfectly healthy tooth, meaning I ended up paying over $1,000 and still lost a tooth. Imagine being out of a tooth, being out of $1,000, and given the run around, and treated badly while denying accountability. That is this dentist, both father and son. I would treat this place like ten miles of bad road.

Dr. Vincent and his staff welcomed me, starting with their sweet receptionist when I called to make an appointment for a toothache. The nurses are the friendliest, caring nurses who explained every detail from the procedures to financials. Dr. Vincent is a miracle worker, my pain was gone in less than five minutes, he clearly explained my situation going on now and in the coming future. The office was extremely clean, workers were happy and uplifting, which eased my tension for being at a dentist office. My other dentist's office was quiet, cold and scary to me. Could be why I did not schedule appointments unless I had a toothache. But, I will definitely be completing my annual checkups at Barstow Family Dental from here on out and you can guarantee I will get my husband in too. For anyone who feels the same, I highly recommend Dr. Vincent and his staff. They will not disappoint!

We've brought our four kids to this office for years and…read morespent nearly $10,000 here, but after our recent experiences, it's clear where their priorities are--and it isn't with pediatric safety or supporting families. ​This started on a prior visit when I brought my 4-year-old and 6-year-old for their appointments. My 4-year-old was terrified for her very first dentist visit, while my 6-year-old was having teeth pulled. Instead of letting us stick together, staff forced me to choose which child to sit by, refusing to let my 4-year-old sit on my lap while my 6-year-old had her extraction. They took my 6-year-old away to a completely separate area, pulled her teeth without a parent present, and then sat her next to the receptionist in a separate waiting area while I was stuck in the other room. ​To avoid that nightmare happening again, my wife and I BOTH went in today so each of our kids would have a parent by their side. Even with two separate appointments, two parents and an open chair right there, staff flat-out refused to let me in the back, hiding behind a "COVID safety policy"--which is just an outdated cop-out so they don't have to deal with parents. Once again, as soon as they finished my daughter's procedure, they ushered her out to sit alone by the receptionist while still anxious, just to flip the chair faster for the next patient. ​When we asked to speak with a manager or the dentist, staff totally brushed us off, claiming the doctor was "busy with another patient" with zero effort to tell us when someone could speak with us. ​The double standard here is insane. They act like their "policies" are sacred rules for safety, yet they operate with complete disregard for the safety of these children by repeatedly putting them in situations where a parent isn't there to observe what's actually going on. On top of that, they turn around and violate basic commercial compliance laws--from painting unlicensed Disney characters all over the walls to streaming Disney+ in the treatment bays off personal Xboxes without a commercial license. ​We're officially moving our kids' care somewhere else. Don't bring your children here if you want basic patient safety, honest communication, or any level of respect as a parent.

The staff was kind and courteous to me and my young daughters, who coming from Western D, were extremely apprehensive about going in for their cleaning. The best part is, we were in and out within an hour! I'm used to having to wait HOURS for a simple cleaning, dealing with rude staff, having my daughters separated and placed in chairs on far ends of the building-- meaning I bounce back and forth between them to check they are ok while tears roll silently down their cheeks and rough technicians/ dentists do nothing to offer comfort or gentler hands. NOT the case at All 4 Kids! My girls were placed side my side, everyone was kind and gracious to us and it was a truly refreshing dental visit where not a tear was shed. I had my first appointment on 3/20/26 @ 2:30 and from the moment I walked in, the front desk girl with was friendly and made me feel very welcomed. The office was super clean, nice and organized. My appointment was at 230 and I didn't have to wait long to be called back. The office coordinator/manager (I think that's what her title is) was super friendly, as she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in my new environment. She gave me an office tour (which was cool, as I never experienced that ANYWHERE), she was very thorough with the tour, explained how the office runs and took the time to talk with me and get to ME, not just as another patient, but an actual person! They even take pride in their patients by making them feel important and appreciated with fun giveaways and going that extra mile. I was even given a goodie bag which was super cool and 100x better than a small plastic bag with a toothbrush and toothpaste from my former dentist. The gal that took my x-rays was also super friendly and nice, as she took the time to make me feel welcomed and important by explaining everything she was doing, step-by-step. While waiting for the doctor, another gal walked in (name started with a K), to check on me and to give me an update on when the doctor would be in. She offered me a beverage and put Nextflix on so I can watch while I waited (the dental assistant's at my former dentist would leave me sitting there without even saying a word to me), again, above and beyond service at Dr. Chang's dental! Once the doctor came in he was also very friendly, talked to me and actually got to know me! He put my x-rays on the TV for a better view and was very thorough with explaining my x-rays to me. The Dr. Chang was very friendly, funny and kind as we discussed our lives, my teeth It was well the worth the wait in this dentist office and VERY pleased with Dr. Chang, as I learned my teeth weren't as good as they look, and I blame my old dentist for that. Now that I'm with Dr. Chang, I can finally properly get my teeth right! I'm very thankful for the several referrals I got from people, to switch to this dental office and I'm very glad I did. I urge everyone who sees this review, to ditch your old dentist and come to Dr. Chang's office, I swear you won't feel like just "another patient" and you'll be happy you made the switch...
