They explained the fees and made sure any questions were answered. Again explaining everything before proceeding. A week later she broke off a bracket and was scared to go in. At first, I was VERY apprehensive to get work done here due to the close proximity of the treatment chairs to eachother. Me having an admitted "slight" fear of the dentist.... then I'm smack right next to someone while possibly getting a Root Canal, YIKES! That's a Hard NO for me, he he! I'd rather be terrified alone in some back room or even a basement, lol! Thankfully.... I found out I can just throw that fear right out the window as they DONT do Root Canals and other invasive dental work there at all! Just braces, Invisalign, polishing and strictly cosmetic stuff! Phew! I can exhale. In that case... I think I can manage the open floor plan for a little while! ;) Regardless of the set up.... Dr. Monica is the main reason I would return. She seems very genuine and good-natured, and she flat out told me I should try to KEEP my natural teeth for as long as possible!! She said I already had a beautiful smile and she would NOT suggest Veneers! Wow, that just blew me away. As I completely forgot there are still compassionate dentist out there who's main goal is NOT stripping your teeth down like a poorly varnished floor and slapping some expensive oversized hubcaps on your Grill. Takes forever to get in for an appointment or even a phone call answered. They put my daughters…read morebraces on in August and didn't see her again until January! By then, the braces had created a huge gap in her two front teeth. They said she may have to have surgery to repair it. Luckily a chain fixed it. But they continue to only see our daughters every 3-4 months. Broken brackets and wires but we can never get into get them fixed. It's a new person everytime. We had an appointment once and showed up and the whole office was closed. No call to let us know and they they couldn't get us back in for a month. Bad orthodontics and bad customer service. Our regular dentist has even stopped referring people there for orthodontics. Not recommended.

They never explain her treatment progress to me. The billing cycles on the payment plan kept sending me late notices. I was paying double the amount due 2x a month, how could it be late? I am anal about paying all my bills on time. They charged me a late fee before the 1st bill even arrived. So I foolishly paid the whole amount due $2000 to avoid the bs. The last visit, they left my daughter with the mouth opening device for over 20 minutes because they were too busy to get back to her. We live 60 miles away, but we're switching to the Valencia office - another 100+ miles away. Hoping for better!
