We didn't get the toast until way later but Amy helped with that too. The bartenders and all staff were excellent. Make that 1500 yelpers. Bartenders Unlimited had come recommended to me so I set up a meeting and was immediately happy with our main contact, Rohnda Malmstrom. Not only was she patient in explaining different options, but she was very enthusiastic in wanting to personalize the event (hence, Yelpnog and Caramel Apple Yelptinis on the menu). On the day of the event, she came in organized and ready to take charge, and her staff of bartenders were just as prepared. Despite huge crowds, I rarely saw anyone waiting too long for a drink, and if you've been to large capacity events like these, you know that is not always the case. The choice of spirits were also top-notch, making the night that more special. At the end of the night, Rohnda and her team did a great job of loading out, taking down tables and leaving the museum looking as good as it did before we all arrived. We called a couple places for bartending services and Maile our consultant at B.U. was phenomenal right from the start; she made things so easy and stressfree for us, and guided us in the most perfect direction for our needs. On the day of the event from set-up to the breakdown the bar staff were exceptionally brilliant at what they do. My son got married last weekend. I hired Bartender's Unlimited for the reception. In all my experience, this was the most professional bartending ever. I must admit, I was a bit nervous about coordinating everything at the reception. I needn't have worried. Both bartenders knew exactly what to do, when to open and pour the champagne for the toast, and were completely prepared for any drink that the guests could want. Our wedding bartender from Bartenders Unlimited kicked ass. Sadly, I do not recall our bartender's name, but I'll attribute that to the fact that we had an excellent bartender. We needed a licensed and insured bartender for our wedding at the Fort Mason Firehouse last September; we thought hiring a bartender would be difficult, but it was pretty easy.
