Two persons told Dean DeSain from Dakmer Services would do the work right & give me a fair price. I called Dean he came out looked at what was there was to do and explained what he could do to fix my issue. He sent me a quote stating the start date would depend on the weather. I signed the contract and sent it back. Dean called after the rain let up to let me know he would start 3-4 days later. He worked in my yard carefully making sure to not tear up the whole thing. He called me every day after he left; as I wasn't home, letting me know what he did and when he would be back weather permitting. He finished before I thought he would. The work he did fixed the issue with my drainage. He was conscientious making sure I knew what he was doing, when he would be back and getting the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Also, under the stated quote. It was nice to have a professional person that I felt comfortable with. I would refer Dean to anyone needing drainage or excavating services.
