10/10 recommend! We are a new client to Barefoot Septic. Last year I was having an issue with our system and the owner himself came out to diagnose the issue at no charge and at my convenience. The company we used previously told me we needed to spend $32,000 to replace the leech field. The issue wasn't even the leech field. We since decided to transfer to Barefoot. We had our first service last week and the two gentleman that showed up were polite, professional and very educated despite not knowing our system at all! The price was fair and they have set me up on an annual system so I don't even have to think about it anymore! We had the pleasure of working with Brian and Jake for the inspection and cleaning of our septic system for the pending sale of our home. They were personable, polite and super informative. They took great care to be considerate of our property, and also took the time to answer our questions. These two gentlemen made an unpleasant cleaning event into a low key and dare I say...... Professional service! Scott came out dug up the distribution box by hand without disturbing a large section of the yard. Gave me a very good explanation of the situation and didn't try to up-sale me something i didn't need. With this service i am switching my yearly septic pump to BAREFOOT SEPTIC!! The service provided was great and I've had them service my septic system for routine maintenance several times. The service techs were friendly and did a great job exposing the top of the tank and replacing the sod when they were finished. Had septic pumped out today by Barefoot Septic and Sewer. Barefoot has been pumping my septic since we moved to our house (18 yrs.). Ben and Justin pumped it out this morning and did a great job. Excellent customer service and pricing is reasonable. Thanks and See you in 3 years!! read more

Prompt, friendly service at a very fair price. Service for backed up septic tank done within 1 hour of calling. The problem was totally resolved. Cam and Ryan was respectfull of the property and replaced all soil that needed to be moved to expose the tank. Very nice crew. read more

I have used Barefoot Septic for close to 15 years. There is a tree next to the tank with roots growing across it. The serviceman was able to dig through the roots within a few minutes. I am very please with their work and will use them in the future. read more
