My issue is that I'm am looking to get a receipt for the work done. I paid him at time of service and he promised a receipt and in over 6 weeks of requests he has failed to send one. He also took photos of the work and promised electronic copies which I have not received. The ceiling tiles in the basement were damaged by the solution that was sprayed in the duct work. I've asked him to address this but he has been unresponsive. His work was good and Justin is very passionate about clean indoor air but the amount of work getting a quote and trying to get information back from him is just not worth it. I'd suggest using a more professional company.
