Second, I had to wait over 40 minutes to have another unfriendly and less than helpful person place orthotics in my shoe which even that was rushed and not done correctly. The only reason I waited that long was my understanding that I was seeing my doctor for a followup as well as getting my orthotics. My experience with the staff in the Rexburg office was vastly different. If I go back to these doctors again, I most definitely won't be going back to the IF office.
