The doctor was okay, the nurses were rude and abrupt. After he was treated (treatment was minimal but okay. Nurses rushed him out the door, and made him walk out in his weakened condition. Did not offer a wheelchair. And told him, too bad if there's no-one home, you'll have to wait in the waiting room to be picked up. Fortunately, our daughter across town was able to pick him up and take him home. I call that unacceptable treatment!!​

The surgery seemed to have gone fine, but very shortly after, I noticed a bump on the bridge of my nose. I showed it to the other Doctor that had done the post-op checkup and he said it may be swelling due to the surgery. Doctor McMaster then came in and explained that it was due to putting too weak of a cartilage piece in, causing it to collapse, making it seem as though there was a bump. As this was extremely concerning, I had no idea what to do. I was POSITIVE, though, that the surgery should have in NO way affected my nose cosmetically! Insurance would not help financially. Dr. McMaster agreed to redo the surgery to fix it, so long as I covered the cost of anesthesia and hospital visit(which they quoted to me at $2,000). I was unable to pay that chunk up front so it was delayed. Fast forward to nearly two years later and I was ready to pay that cost and have my nose fixed. Not only was I so self-conscious of the drop of my nose (that gave me a completely different profile), but I STILL could hardly breathe from my nose. It constantly had the sensation of being stuffy, and I was terrified of it being touched because it was still so tender. It constantly felt like something was pushing it down. Long-er story short, they denied fixing the issue at all. It was all a horrifying experience with them. I was in complete regret having the surgery through them. $5,000 later, my nose was much closer to the shape of its originality. Luckily I found a surgeon to help my airway and shape at last. I could not express enough to stay away from this office. They care about money, not the patient.

In the midst of my despair, I googled dermatologists in my area and found Doctor Bagley. I called to set up an appointment and the receptionist was eager, professional, and cordial when I requested a consultation for my fiery bunghole. Upon my first visit, the nurse was lovely and very empathetic. Dr. Bagley himself was exceptionally professional and fun, which was a welcome surprise to someone whose anus felt like the central gathering for a party of fire ants. He gave me comprehensive instructions on how to eliminate symptoms so I could finish my school finals with more than two hours of sleep and gave me a prescription for an anti-fungal pill that cleared all symptoms within two days. I had several follow-ups and each time, he was just as fun and professional. He even gave my wife and I sunscreen samples because I mentioned she burns easy.
