I love that Dr. Nordman can be my baby's pediatrician too! Upon arrival the staff were exceptionally friendly, got me quickly through new patient registration, and were very capable getting vitals and meds list. With no wait at all, Dr. Peterson bounced in, cheery as could be. I needed to have ear wax removed. He listened, got to work, explained everything, and was sensitive and careful not to cause pain or discomfort. This experience was so much better than I expected, and superior to all my other specialist experiences in every way! Kudos to a wonderful staff. They make office visits a breeze for patients, from welcome to check-out. As to Dr Peterson, I wish I could go to him for all my issues. He is a kind man, a very good doctor, and he has an upbeat personality, which for me, relieved anxiety and brightened my morning. The exam revealed a pathological cause of my hearing loss; the problem was calcification of the tiny bones in the middle ear which interfered with receipt and transmission of sound vibrations to the inner ear. After researching ENT specialists, I discovered that other than traveling to Salt Lake City, Dr. McMaster was the only doctor in this region that was willing/capable to perform the delicate surgery necessary to remove the stirrup (stapes) bones from my two ears, and replace them with titanium pins. Long story short, I elected to have the surgery performed by Dr. McMaster in Rexburg; the surgery went very well, recovery time was short, and my hearing was dramatically restored to normal! Since then, both my wife and teenage step-son had septoplasty surgery performed by Dr. McMaster's partner, Dr. Peterson, and they had the same excellent experience and results as did I with Dr. McMaster. These surgeons are top tier, and I enthusiastically give them my highest recommendation.

Dr. McMasters was rude and very agitated and actually dismissed us. His PA was so kind and couldn't believe Dr. McMasters was so rude. He secretly gave us an antibiotic because he believed my son had an infection. The entire experience was so horrible.
