EVERY TIME-administrators know this, yet their system is set up this way. On multiple occasions they sent people who could not speak appropriate language for my father-I had to take off work to stay with him until someone else showed up. How can these workers possibly provide care, if they cannot speak the language? How can personal touch dare to be so irresponsible to send people like that?! Department of Health of various states they service should be made aware and shut them down. Thank goodness my father was not harmed and that the family was on top of them as much as possible.

No flexibility at all, if you have to be late an hour or leave early they force you to take 1/2 day off your accrued PTO. Co-workers have no ethic... burping and cursing all day, managers answering 'RING APP' all day to answer to Fedex and UPS deliveries. Dress-code is non professional, teammates go on flip flops and t-shirts. When working here you will be told to give inaccurate information to clients and patients (BY MANAGEMENT) in order to "preserve" the image of "good" service ex. Caregivers that drive their own car.... there is no such a thing, a caregiver that makes $12hr is unable to buy a car, keep its insurance and pay for gas when working 20hrs a week. This job was only a paycheck that wont pay your bills and do NOT plan to make a career here! Turnover is ridiculously high with 10 coordinators in 10 years.......

We requested only female aides as my mother would not be comfortable with a male aide assisting her with the private matter of showering; the women who assisted my mother were very caring and gentle with her. We just went through 8 weeks of continuous drip antibiotics in a Picc line on our toddler. We were…read moreset up with PromptCare through the Infectious Diseases team at Columbia Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. We were daunted by the whole process but were put at ease by the impressive nursing skills and care that we received at home. Our two nurses came over at any time of day or night when we needed help. Once a week we had the Picc bandage cleaned and dressed again, and blood taken. We had to distract our toddler with iPad and she had developed a rash from the sweat under bandage. One week we had to call the nurse for four different days to come over. Never had to wait more than an hour. One night we called the 1800 number because the Picc was leaking saline and we were coached over the phone what to do. Another time blood had backed up in the line and we also were coached on the phone before the nurse could come. They delivered all the home medical supplies we needed weekly and were very good about bringing it to our door and ensuring we were there to receive it with phone calls. Thanks to PromptCare we got through 8 weeks of home continuous infusion without an infection! We were so happy with the entire process.
