We were fortunate to purchase on the day they were offering 25% off installation so we purchased that as well. NHS Installation Solutions was the group who performed the pickup/delivery, installation and old toilet removal. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Great job. The only thing that was a bit cumbersome was getting my Lowes account set up. Apparently I can't use my old account and therefore my Lowes money is gone. I did set up a new account. I had to provide my address, phone number and email 6 times before it was accepted by their system. The overall cost for the toilet and installation I thought was quite reasonable. I don't really like "big box" stores, but choose Lowe's over the others.

We rarely need to make returns, but we just had a recent instance of having to return 5 bags of polymeric sand because we decided to have the job done by a contractor. I saved the receipt and my husband went to the store to return the sand. It was a VERY UNPLEASANT experience to learn that there is a 90 day window on returns (with receipt) and NO EXCEPTIONS ARE GRANTED FOR A RESELLABLE ITEM such as polymeric sand! Needless to say, we have made our LAST purchase at Lowes and I will be sharing this VERY NEGATIVE experience EVERYWHERE I can.
