When I got to the register the lady (super nice) tried to get the managers attention to ask for approval, but he was too busy watching the Phillies game to care. She had to raise her voice three times before he heard her - he was only 5 feet away!!! After she asked, he said no, and turned back to watch the game. He could tell moments after (probably between plays) that I was annoyed and asked if I wanted to switch cans, but I was so exhausted and frustrated that he cared more about the game than his customer, I just left. The discount didn't matter, what mattered was that he didn't care enough to pay attention when he was needed. Hope the stupid game (yeah, I said it) was worth losing a customer.

We were in the area recently, and my wife preordered a few items, this was one of the few places that still had the projector lights. We figure this year its easier to spend $150 and put up a few projector lights than buying 95 strands of lights lol. That is for next year to figure out. We also picked up another inflatable for the front lawn as well as a few more extension cords just in case. About a half hour after my wife ordered the stuff for pickup, it was ready! Amazing service! She then picked up a few other needed items, as well as returned extra items that we purchased elsewhere and we were on our way home. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. All in all, it was a nice experience. If you need anything from a HD its as good as any.

We rarely need to make returns, but we just had a recent instance of having to return 5 bags of polymeric sand because we decided to have the job done by a contractor. I saved the receipt and my husband went to the store to return the sand. It was a VERY UNPLEASANT experience to learn that there is a 90 day window on returns (with receipt) and NO EXCEPTIONS ARE GRANTED FOR A RESELLABLE ITEM such as polymeric sand! Needless to say, we have made our LAST purchase at Lowes and I will be sharing this VERY NEGATIVE experience EVERYWHERE I can.

Twice, we went and had no issues with finding a place to park. Heading inside, the set up and layout is exactly like every other Home Depot I've visited from Hawaii, to California, to North Carolina and Florida. So I knew exactly where to go. Aunty used the buggy and we browsed the home lock and hardware section. Went over to Home appliances and made a long Christmas list for Santa. We even stopped to check put the huge Halloween display set up at the from off the store. Excellent way to get your steps in for the day! Checking out was a nightmare. It's self checkout, which is okay. They need to take a few tips from Walmart in order to get this Area right. The young lady is telling you enter to go check pot based on if you're partying cash or card. The confusion comes in when you're directing 2-3 people to the same register. Now we're down there trying to figure it out our selves. On both visits this happened. Southern hospitality kicked in and I let folks go ahead of us. Everything else was great. Never even knew Barton was here but I'm glad I found it, instead of waiting a week for Home Depot to ship the part, I got it that day and could continue with my bathroom renovation. Just make sure you walk in the front door past the gate, I walked into the loading dock by accident! Employees are very helpful though, and helped me find my way to the register and find exactly what I needed.
