He was on scene in under an hour and wanted to tow me out right away, but my insurance and road-side assistance was giving me a hard time about who was going to pay for what. After he suggested that it would probably be quicker for me to pay for the tow out of my own pocket, I took his advice and did just that. After several back-and-forth's over the phone, he had my car out of that ditch within ten minutes! I sat for close to half an hour while the owner chatted on the phone with what sounded like a conversation with a friend. After quite a while it was getting close to closing time. A lady was sitting by me with her coat on, apparently waiting for him to close so they could go home. She literally glared at me with a very unfriendly look on her face. I finally gave up and left. I will never go there again in spite of the fact that its location is so convenient. His brother has a place way on the other side of town where I go for many things.
