The person I spoke to at Bartons Bloom Boutique was so super helpful! She even walked the arrangement out and had to search for the Lyft driver and even buckled the flowers safely in. I live in Texas and have used them for years. My Father is buried at the National Veterans Cemetery in Santa Fe and I always have flowers delivered to him on special occasions. She was helpful and even though she didn't know if she could get purple, I knew she would try. She called me the next morning announcing that she got them. I cannot say enough good things about Barton's Flowers. I met with Stephen rather last minute for wedding flowers after another vendor fell through and not only did they deliver but Stephen went above and beyond to makes sure my day was perfect! Other florists told me it was impossible to get certain flowers I had requested and the florists that could source some of the flowers that I wanted, quoted me an exorbitant fee. Stephen patiently listened to all of my requests, poured over pinterest photos with me to create the look I wanted and most importantly stayed in budget and delivered on magazine worthy florals. He even stayed for my entire (and very lengthy) wedding mass to relocate the church flowers to the reception space. Stephen and his team are so friendly and kind to work with and definitely relieved some of my wedding planning panic. Barton's arraignments are so stunning and one-of-a-kind, that they make you take notice- which few florists do anymore. I cannot recommend Barton's anymore and hope to work with Stephen and his team again! read more

We contacted Barton's about providing our wedding flowers (couldn't visit in person since we don't live nearby). They were extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. I was told to email a list of exactly what I wanted to a woman there, and she would provide a quote. I did so, waited two weeks, didn't hear anything, emailed again, and still no word. I gave up. Finally, out of the clear blue - 6 weeks after my initial email (!!!) - the woman responded with the laziest, most unprofessional email possible; it was just a list of quotes - no salutation, no apology for her tardiness, no "thank you", nothing! Just "here it is". Oh, and essentially nothing in her email was capitalized (she must be the busiest person on earth to not waste those precious seconds capitalizing letters!) I recommend not trusting Barton's with any large or expensive orders!! read more

What a joke. I called and asked if they have any pre-made floral arrangements and I described what I was looking for. The gentleman that answered the phone said they don't have any already made like that, but if I come in they could make one for me in about half an hour.
