I had two trench coats (with liners) and a silk blouse cleaned. I felt they were overpriced compared to other dry cleaners for similar service it was about $104 in total. It took about a week time for pickup. I was not pleased to find that it looked like they had just been pressed instead of cleaned (after I got home). Quick, consistent service, and you can now pickup/drop off at any time. The people who work there are very nice.

AWESOME AWESOME SERVICE. I left my coat and pats to get dry cleaned on a Wednesday, they told me to pick it up 48 hours later, but it was ready in less than 24 hours. They were both pretty dirty and they did an awesome job cleaning them, they look like new. My girlfriend accidentally left an expensive ring and a couple of bracelets in my coat (I didn't know about it) and they gave them back to me in a little bag when si picked it up. Used to go here to get my shirts/suits dry cleaned but just went last week to pick up my suit and they said they lost it. I asked them to try and see if they could track down recent customers to see if it was accidentally mixed in with their clothes and they say they can't which is definitely a lie. Needless to say these people are lazy and do not trust them with your expensive clothes. Also way too overpriced for the services they offer. I have been going to Barts since 2014. Previous owner really won my business. In the last couple months, I've had buttons on my silk and velvet blouses broken and a velvet shirt cuff ripped. I used Bart's Cleaning to preserve my wedding dress, and they did a fantastic job! It was far more affordable than some of the other cleaners I contacted (especially those claiming to specialize in wedding dresses....). I live out of state and didn't manage to get my dress cleaned immediately after my late-October wedding, so we had it cleaned in December. It took about a week to come back, and it now beautifully preserved in an acid free box. I will be able to treasure this beautiful dress for years to come! Took my wife's dress to Barts after a terrible experience at Imperial cleaners. It was for our sons wedding and had a tiny spot on the dress which we wanted to remove. Imperial cleaned the dress and returned it with five NEW spots and a sticker attached to the dress saying they can't clean it any better. Management from Imperial has still not called us back and Imperial is just a front to drop off clothing. It is cleaned another place. My wife was in tears because the wedding is a week and a half away. We took it to Barts which actually cleans on site and they were very understanding and got it back to us in 36 hours and had completely removed the stains that Imperial caused and said they couldn't remove. We will no longer go to Imperial and are now a lifelong customer of Barts Cleaners. Thank you so much Barts! read more

I have an out of town wedding this Saturday. Wednesday I put my dress in the dryer to get a couple wrinkles out. I added a softner sheet so it wouldn't get full of static. Well, the softner sheet left little marks all over my dress! I messaged Bart's, and to my surprise I got a fast response that they could dry clean it and have it done in a day (although without seeing the dress could not promise the marks would come out). In the meantime, I ordered another dress overnight that if the marks didn't come out he could press the new dress for me while I wait! I paid cash but can't find the receipt....ALl in all, fast, easy, straight-forward experience for me. This review might be slightly unfair as they did an excellent job cleaning my suit and the turnaround time was quick, but they charged over $15 to clean my jacket and suit pants. I don't have dry cleaning done often so maybe this price was fair, but it seemed expensive. I read other reviews that said this place does free pick up and delivery. It seems this would be the way to go if you're going to use them. I'd return to this place if after calling around I find their prices to be competitive, but I'll definitely schedule pick up if I have time to wait next time. read more
