The technician came back to "reseal" it, but the issue was clearly not resolved. Shortly after, my vehicle suffered significant electrical damage. The dealership confirmed that water intrusion from the improperly installed windshield caused failure of the fuse block and body control module, resulting in over $4,000 in repairs. I attempted multiple times to contact the technician (who gave inconsistent names and is now unresponsive), but all calls and messages have been ignored. He goes by Anthony, but his real name is Noel Edwards I would strongly caution others before using this company.

Fortunately I was available @ that time. The tech was friendly and was able to fix the chip in my windshield. Note that (just like all techs) they will not be able to totally remove the chip (so it will be slightly visible). However, it should not deteriorate further into a crack. The tech did explain this in advance. I'm not sure how much repair typically costs, but did think that the price was fairly reasonable. I would not hestitate to use them again.
