Just the worst car wash that I've ever got! Took 2 cars to wash for the express cleaning inside and outside. The outside was great, but for the inside it was just terrible! The first car was completely dirty under the car seats that I had (I unattached the cars seats and told the receptionist that they could take out the seats so they could clean underneath, only one car seat stayed there but I told her that I couldn't take it off and I authorized them to do so). It didn't even look that it was cleaned. The dirty it was totally visible and that's how they delivered the car to me. After the first car, they still had the other one to deliver and again the same problem happened. Never coming back again! read more

Shedlock Auto Care is a fairly new business in Warren. They do custom detailing, hand washing, and they sell new and used cars. This place is 14,000 sq. ft primarily for anyone who doesn't have the room to store their extra cars, SUV's etc. Many are luxury vehicles but Shedlock is a complete service. They buy and sell new and used vehicles. I came here because my daughter bought a used car from my friend and it had quit a bit of minor scratches on it. My ex tried to remove some of the scratches and try waxing the car. It left large unsightly white marks all over the vehicle . Needless to say the car looked worse then when she got it. I made an appointment , and my daughter and I brought her car over to see if it could be fixed. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by a nice man named Joe. He was very friendly, very energetic and I mentioned I wanted the car fully detailed. Joe, explained everything to me and made the process go smoothly. Lizzi took down all my information. Both Joe and Lizzi offered us coffee, water, soda, cookies and snacks for free. . From the outside driving by you think this business is just for expensive luxury vehicles. The truth is they work on all types of vehicles from brand new to any type of used car. I was given a time of 10a for the car to be ready for pickup the next day. When I returned to pick it up,the car was ready as promised. I couldn't believe what an amazing job they did. I almost didn't recognize my daughter's car. Most of the scratches were gone, and all the white marks too. The price was a little steep , My daughter paid $310, but the quality of the workmanship, along with the results made it completely worthwhile. I am extremely happy with the service I received! I have been getting my cars detailed at Shedlock since they moved into their purpose-built facilities a few years ago. I have never been disappointed. Whether it is a full detail or an 'Express' the car emerges looking immaculate. I would rather get a really thorough wash and polish here than pay for a poor quality automatic car wash more frequently. I also recently sold my sixteen year old sports car to Shedlock - no hassle, fair price and they made it sparkle and sold it to a happy new owner. I would recommend them highly. read more

This is a fabulous place the care for my 1 series BMW and my old winter jeep! These are the best mechanics I've ever used. The are honest and trustworthy. They have also repaired my BFs older jeep as well . They have a beautiful place where you can wait and work if you need to do so. This is the only place I would take my car(s). i can only add that their employees are also so friendly and nice. Who would ever think getting your car fixed would be so fun! Wow my 94 Mustang convertible looks like it just rolled out of the showroom! The team did a phenomenal job bringing her exterior color back to life. I thought I would need new rims but they were able to restore them to vibrancy. Courteous, friendly and for the amazing job done, reasonably priced. Definitely recommend. read more

Sure you can go to a car wash and spend $22 dollars for a quick 5 minute wash and be happy your car looks clean or you can come to Shedlock and get a quality detail done for a little more $$ Either way I'm a busy dad of 2 and I spent a lot of money on my car and I love to keep my things clean and smelling new. Also it's really nice when I drive out and see how many compliments I get on how nice my car looks ( I'm rambling). Took my 2015 Wrangler here to paint the brake calipers and tow hooks. Wound up adding a cold air intake and a Diablo tuning chip as well as an Alpine stereo including an under seat mounted subwoofer. Needless to say, I'm super impressed with the quality of work and customer service. This place is great and Can't wait to add more fun stuff to my Jeep. read more
