Receptionist cut me off and transferred me when I was trying to talk to her and figure out who I can actually speak with. I'm trying to speak to someone regarding my home account and have been trying to get in touch with someone for over 6 months. Voicemails left, emails returned don't even answer my questions. Who is managing this company? It has some of the worst customer service people I have ever experienced. Absolutely awful to have moved to this area and a management company is the one to really taint the experience of the neighborhood. I can't believe how stressful you have mad this for my family.
