Instantly saw a line in front of Baseballism, asked some nice Giants fans what was up and decided we'd check out the shop and their Cactus League hat giveaway. I ordered several items on Cyber Monday Dec. 1 2025. I still have not received the items. I called the phone number in Beaverton Or. no answer wait to voice mail then mail box full. I emailed them no response. I chatted online I am supposed to receive email back no luck there either. Now I will have to report fraud on my credit card. Terrible experience. read more

What terrible customer service. I just got off the phone with Jay. Dude just doesn't like his job. I had two orders this morning and on one requested a fitted 42 hat. I know for a fact I entered size, etc. I just noticed it want on there. Jay didn't care said y'all were out, so I've canceled both orders. Orders xxxx929 and xxxx925. Obviously your online system had issues in adding the hat I selected. Jay didn't care so you've lost a customer. I just purchased a hoodie in Store in San Fran and had other issues with a promo there that I also didn't get. I'm tired of yall not being able to deliver your own promotions. The name of the store is as clear as to whom it implies for, anyone and everyone who loves Baseball. Baseball = life to my family. This is why we when we came in for the weekend after catching our Dodger games we made a point to make it out to Scottsdale to visit. The store has just about everything they sell online. The decor of the store is beautiful and looks handcrafted especially to there logo. The clothing material feels very comfortable which, was a concern of mine when I was debating on purchasing online. We bought four hats and the quality thread is very good and detailed. Along with some shirts, My sons and Husband are all very happy with there purchases. The bags they gave us with our purchases are the backpack with baseballism logo on the back which is awesome for a retail store. I love reusable bags. Saves the environment and I will use these in LA because of our ban on plastic bags. I recommend visiting and purchasing, you won't regret it. read more

My son and I were in Scottsdale for spring. Training and of coarse we had to stop at Baseballism! We happened to be in town when it was the free cactus hat we went at 7am waited on line & the staff was great they were handing out donuts to people on line. Once in the store everyone was very helpful even as the store was busy all employees tended to customers for sizes and items etc. We will definitely return to that store and I recommend anyone who loves baseball to definitely check the gear out. read more

great little completely baseball themed store in Old Town Scottsdale. I saw a tank top on a model in the window well past their close time. So, decided to return. I had to get that tank top for my friend. It's my Birthday weekend, but I am determined to get item for my friend, Terra. She's crazy about baseball. I am visiting from Oregon - so had a few days to get back here. Walked in and my traveling companion (non-baseball lover) helped me find the size for Terra . I went up to register to purchase and clerk escaped to back and brought a new folded up tank top. I was certain the one he brought out was different, shorter. I guess on a hanger vs. a folded up shirt, the clerk said it was the same. My bad. But he didn't say much when he went to the back. Like, "hey, we have stock in back", was a little odd. This shop was amazing! They offer a large amount of baseball merchandise. The shirts have unique sayings and baseball references that only true enthusiasts will understand. Don't worry though, even if you do not understand what the shirts mean their friendly staff will take the time to explain what they mean. Tayler made my experience at the store amazing and was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. Overall the store was a 10/10 and the customer service was even better. What a unique store ! I'd recommend this to any person who LOVES baseball! I'm impressed with all the clever designs and accessories they had.. all of it is based around common phrases and sayings. The store had more than enough room to walk around and browse. Looked spotless and everything had its place on the shelves or the tables, which made it very easy to check everything out. The staff was pleasant and helpful in assisting me in picking out different items for gifts.
