So many associates at this store but when I requested a simple price check, they said they were helping somebody else and busy attending to other stuff. Who does that as they lost a customer? There needs to somebody walking around who can attend to simple requests like these instead of depending on associates behind cash registers. read more

Last night I visited Chico's at Kierland and was most fortunate to have the assistance of Bert, a lovely and amazing sales associate. I was shopping for a gift for a family member and I did not know her size.. Bert thoughtfully suggested that if I had her telephone number she could research and see if had a shopping history at Chcco's. And she did and I now knew her size! After I gathered the four items Bert carefully wrapped the clothes in tissue but the store only has boxes at holiday time and I needed to mail the present. Bert found the perfect size box for shipping, offered me an enclosure card and said she would take care of the mailing because she also worked at a UPS office. I was overwhelmed with her extraordinary service! And 24 hours later I am still thinking about her warm professionalism and outstanding service!! Thank you, thank you Bert. I usually go to this location alot. Very often and olways spend money. I used to feel welcome, greeted when i entered, asked to be helped opened fitting room . Today very unwelcoming the whole time not once i was asked about my needs. Not even greeted. Totaly ignored. Looked for my own fitting room...went to look for bigger or smaller sizes. At thr register the lady totaly ubfriendly. I can not put it in words how dessapointed i am. Specially that it was my birthday shopping spree. read more

Shopped at the Kierland Commons location for the first time today (I usually do a lot of on-line shopping, but with Chico's the sizing has been a little bit tricky, so going to the store seemed like a good idea). Before I got too overwhelmed, the sales associate (Jamie), started asking me what it was I was looking for. She then helped me out with styles and colors, setting me up in a large dressing room. When it became obvious that the sizes she had estimated for me were not all going to work, she quickly found the correct sizes for me, and I found some really beautiful pieces that will work for the purpose I need: travel in the autumn requiring comfortable layering pieces that will work with each other and with existing pieces in my wardrobe. Jamie hit the ball out of the park, and Chico's elegant, casual style will easily work into my travel and everyday wardrobe, without breaking the bank. read more

So my husband has accused me of the store having my photograph up...warning the staff that a whirlwind is coming to buy up all the merchandise. He probably isn't wrong. When my Mom and I come in it is like "Watch out girls' here we come!" I love this place...This is perfect for a woman, not a size negative zero sorry girls' if you don't eat this isn't the place for you go down the street and BEBE will help you out. This place is reserved for women with a figure. The clothes come in great colors, designs and they work for all sizes. They go from a size 0-3 which is basically a size 4-16. They have everything from Casual to Moderately Dressy but generally work for the Casual and also for casual work. You won't find your Ann Taylor suits here. They have great prices on their sale racks (which I love) however they can run up in price for a shirt $68 and up. Join their frequent buyer program, you will get their catalogue which will get you a coupon every month and a 5% discount on everything you buy. Love this place! Without their expert advice on matching outfits and jewelry together, I would look like a misfit. Their sales staff are very attentive and want to seriously find you the best outfit to make you shine and stand out of a crowd. While they can be pricy, I wait for sales and coupons. Now I'm looking good and feeling put together. read more

With 3 kids in college, I haven't done a lot of shopping the last few years which is probably why I received a " we want you back" offer recently in my email. I visited this store on Saturday hoping to treat myself to something while taking advantage of the sale and my welcome back offer. I tried on several things and decided on a lovely white( go with everything blouse).It was full price although there was a store promotion going on this day. I took the promotion price in to account along with my welcome back offer when deciding if the purchase would fit with my budget. However, when checking out I was told I couldn't use my email offer because of the current in store promotion. I would have totally understood this had my offer been a percentage off but it was not - it was $25 off a $50 purchase. I read all the fine print associated with the coupon before I left to go shopping and nowhere does it say it can't be used with another promotion. Nowhere. I didn't make the purchase - So much for welcoming me back Chicos. read more

I live in Canada and I cannot wait to hit Chico's @ Kierland Commons location when I arrive in Scottsdale. Myra was the first Sales Associate to help me out on my first visit and I was thrilled with her knowledge and her incredible service. I spent 3 hrs there. I had a similar experience as another user when trying to use a coupon. I took my Mom here because she had a coupon that she had received for spending over a certain amount at chicos about a month earlier. She picked out a top and when we went to purchase it, she was told she couldn't use the coupon because of a store promo. That's all fine if that's the policy even though there was nothing stating that on the coupon. The issue came when the lady checking us out was so rude and offensive to us. When we asked her about the coupon policy she said "If we let people use coupons all the time we wouldn't make any money. This isn't Fred Meyer, I don't know what you think I should do about it." She wouldn't make eye contact with either of us. We didn't even know what to do with that so we simply walked out. My mom has shopped at chicos for years without issue but this experience was truly awful and will certainly change the way we view the company. read more
