I noticed they raised their prices on everything further. If the items were made in USA I would understand more. She actually DID end up saying yes to the dress here but nothing special for this from them, which I guess is fine, but a missed opportunity on the customer service side in my opinion. For such a momentous occasion why not make her feel extra special for having selected THE dress at your establishment. The store itself is bright, clean, and just has that welcoming vibe. I always end up spotting something new when I come in! The sales associates are usually amazing -- friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful when it comes to finding the right gear. They helped me pick out the best pieces for my workouts, which I appreciated. I did run into one associate who seemed a bit rushed and not very helpful, but thankfully that wasn't the overall experience. They have markdown racks (just like other Lululemon stores I've visited), which makes browsing even more fun. While the back portion of the store faces Camelback, you cannot enter or exit using a door on that side of the store. You need to enter from the courtyard in the middle of the Biltmore Fashion Park (north side of the store). It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. Super friendly staff and the quality of the product is well known. I do wish they didn't have have such sky high prices but they are popular and can price what they can get for sure. They also offer yoga classes in the park as well when it's not so hot so check that out if you like outdoor yoga.
