While the back portion of the store faces Camelback, you cannot enter or exit using a door on that side of the store. You need to enter from the courtyard in the middle of the Biltmore Fashion Park (north side of the store). It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. The mirror was nice and had two panels to the side for multi angle viewing. She actually DID end up saying yes to the dress here but nothing special for this from them, which I guess is fine, but a missed opportunity on the customer service side in my opinion. For such a momentous occasion why not make her feel extra special for having selected THE dress at your establishment. Was left feeling underwhelmed and semi disappointed but it was good overall and we are happy she picked her dress!

After finding the flip flops, I took a quick lap around the store and found several other great deals. Nordstrom Rack is definitely one of those stores where it pays to spend some time searching through the racks. I brought 2 items today to exchange in size; 1 piece was purchased in Canada and was told a couple weeks ago by a different employee that I could exchange it for the right size in the same color. Today, no go and was told to call the customer service automated phone number. You're an $11B/year (for now) company and can't logistically handle an international exchange process? The second piece was a metal vent tank in the wrong size but was missing the little tag (that everyone rips off immediately) and was told I couldn't exchange it for the right size. IT'S A TAG, come on. Not even a real one at that. Guess my only solution is to sit on the automated line for an hour.
