Nicholas and his team were fabulous and I so appreciated how attentive Nicholas was to getting me exactly what I asked for, almost too well! Hello, my name is Harry, I have mild autism and a nonverbal learning disorder. I often have trouble communicating with others at times but that was not the case. I met an awesome highly trained store associate named Adam. Adam kindly greeted me and took the time to get to know me and ask me questions. He wanted to know what style of clothes I liked. He helped style an entire outfit with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire transaction. I enjoyed talking to him so much that I ended up buying an entire outfit when I just came in for a hat. I noticed out of many other stores at the mall, Buckle seems to have the best selection of hats. They have a large variety and Adam found which hat would pair best with my outfit. I highly respect the brand and plan to come in for a stylist session soon for three or so outfits. I plan to call ahead and ensure that Adam is working because of how qualified he is. I had a superb experience here. The manager, Adam, he was just a delight. I was looking for a nice pair of jeans and he was on it let me tell ya! He grabbed me probably 10 different options in my size & in different styles. I ended up spending so much lol- but I love everything I got and I am thankful to have had such exemplary help. So I decided to update my review because we have been suck much completely loyal customers forever! Well everyone we know has quit or left by choice, it's nice when you go somewhere and they know you or your style whatever my problem is not that I have to retell people things at all . As a business owner I feel like this, whether you spend 5$ or 5000$ you should be treated the same by staff PERIOD! If I buy something at flagstaff buckle come home decide I don't like it and return it here , don't be rude! I get it it effects your numbers but that kind of thinking makes me think your rude and I'd rather, A. Find online or B. Find somewhere else. I get it you get commission but your chances to make more money in the long run as apposed to for one sale are greater if you just treat everyone like a VIP plus my sales history is in your computer! I love this location! I've been to several Buckles in the valley and this one is the best by far. I do appreciate a great salesperson and they do a great job. If you like fashion, this place is a must. Just let them know your likes and what you love to wear and they'll get you some options. They like to sell so they'll let you know you look great. I appreciate a honest person who says that looks terrible and will help you get a better fit. This place does just that. Get your punch card, they'll combine them if you forget. They hem for free. They'll mail you out your purchase as well for an additional $5. read more

For those of you that know me...this is one of my favorite places to shop...Buckle. First, they have frequencly cards. I think after you spend $100 bucks, then you get $10 off your next purchase. ( I don't really remember how much) Second, the employees work on commission. Yeah it gets annoying. All you want to buy is a pair of jeans, and they keep throwing a shirt in your face that 'matches' the jeans. But really, you walk in, they introduce themselves. You let them know you want to buy 2 jeans...and only 2 jeans...they will help you. My favorite part: You pick a pair of jeans. The legs fit fine, but not the butt. You tell the person helping you. They bring you 3 pairs back. Then you try the 3, and find one that fits, but its too dark of blue. You tell the person, they bring you 4 back. You find the right color, but you don't like the pocket design. They bring you 3 more to pick out of. Then you find the perfect one, with the right fit, the right color, and a cool pocket design. They seem not to mind refolding clothes here! I just love their service, and everyonce in a while their great deals. read more

First and foremost I would like to recognize the EXCELLENT customer service at this store. I do not have a style and when I go shopping by myself I don't even know what exactly I am looking for. The minute I walked into the store Diana offered help. She ran around the store looking for pieces that would complete the best outfit I've ever had. I walked into the store to get just one jean and I ended up taking a lot more home because Diana and Katelyn helped me out a lot. It has been my first time at this store but sure not the last one :) I definitely had fun shopping here and I had a 5 star service the entire time. If I could I would definitely give it 6+ stars. Absolutely LOVE the Buckle! They offer very trendy and stylish clothing, that cannot be found any where else. Probably the best part is they offer free tailoring on anything you buy there, including the colared shirts... I had to mark them down one star, as the pricing is always high with very few sales. read more

Tried to return a pair of jeans there today that werent me. Told me I could not return them without a punchcard they had given me. I think they were just trying to avoid a return. I don't live near this place so it was a hassle to drive out of my way. The stuff about the punchcard was not in their online return policy nor on the receipt that it been printed out at the store I bought them from. Pretty poor customer service from a place that I thought was pretty good.i'm not sure why they're worried about a punchcard that isn't even worth $10 yet because it's not all the way punched when all this does is assure that I'll never return to that store. read more
