One of our dogs was injured while playing in the yard. The clinic got us in promptly and Dr Finch and his staff took care of her exceptionally (As Usual) I trust Baseline Animal clinic with my pets and have done so for Many years. Thank you Once Again From Fiddle Mantis and the Carpenter Family

My older cat did NOT have COVID19!!!

gave me bad advice for $300 bucks! I don't trust them now. Took to another vet, and found out "the tests" were fine- not what I was told at Baseline.

Nobody wants to give a five-star review under the circumstances that will follow this paragraph. After being a sucker to Banfield and their bs insurance plan which isn't actually insurance at all really it just covers dental work and regular checkups but when there's an emergency you are SOL In the last 6 months both my dogs have been lovingly and consciously put to rest by Dr Josh Finch. Both were sudden and the staff was super compassionate... My first dog, he came in on his day off to be the one to do it.. last August 1, I remember the day because it was my daughter's first day of kindergarten. She had sudden onset lymphoma She wasn't eating her face was swollen She was Not herself my crazy food driven monster Chihuahua min pin would not come out from under the couch not even for a bag of fresh corned beef...there was no hope... So I lovingly held her and laid her to rest. After that dog died my Gracie boo boos, her sister Harper stopped eating .I took her to baseline had all her labs drawn and did seem like she would be okay but things really didn't change and I chalked it up to depression.. She wasn't eating and as a single mother I felt like I had a third child trying to figure out what she would eat I mean I'm already trying to figure out what a two and a six year old to eat This dog just used to eat dog food..now I'm doing everything under the sun and buying everything I can to see what will work... Started with hamburgers hot dogs fresh deli meats that's it was always a waiting game.. when is Harper going to eat and when is Harper going to go to the bathroom and when she did it was either in the house or it was not pleasant Despite having a full anesthetia dental cleaning just months ago at banfield.. I don't hate them I just don't trust them anymore...her teeth were almost rotten... So I thought I would just need to cut up her food better and give her some minerals and things and add to her water but then she stopped drinking.... And eating ...and with the Corona virus and doctors offices shutting down I knew I need to get into baseline animal clinic... Figure out immediately what's going on even though I knew it would be very expensive for me (maybe not you but for me)I could not risk having a dog randomly going to distress and die potentially in front of my little children who are still mourning their other dog. He looked at her examined her and when I described her bathroom presentation( I won't go into detail )about that He confirmed what I was seeing was stomach cancer and blood in her stool So I made the executive decision to put my dog to rest..m my only other dog out of her suffering.. my little alarm system. I have cried both times in front of this veterinarian He has never made me feel silly or stupid for holding up my phone to my dog's face with the pictures of my children as they passed away. Do you want reasonable fair priced compassionate care for your animals? Go here. I haven't yet picked up her paw prints because I can't get out but I do recall getting a card in the mail from their office after Gracie died. They have your pet's best interest heart they won't lie to you and they will make you feel validated and better about the hardest decisions you will have to make. And should you be face of the decisions that I've had to recently The only thing I ask of you as a reader is stay by your pet's side when that time comes Don't let them die in the arms of a stranger stay there like they stood by you. They deserve to see a comforting loving face of someone they have served for years in their last moments. Suck it up It sucks It hurts but they deserve that. for unequivocally loving you for however many years they have spent in your home... Animals they are so pure and baseline animal clinic recognizes that and treats each one with dignity and care. I will bring my cats to them from now on because I need to make sure those golden retrievers who I call cats live forever... Even though I know they won't I need to know they're being taken care of and baseline animal clinic they're going to be the ones to do it. False hope and useless treatments bring profit.... Dr Josh and his team prioritize an animals well-being, quality of life, and longevity. My two girls crossed the rainbow bridge after 10 years together. And we miss them very much.

I chose this company for many reasons, particularly that it came highly recommended from a friend, but I'd be lying if I said that part of the reason wasn't because of the keepsakes and the fact that I thought I was going to for sure get an ink print of his paw so I can get it tattooed. I will take some responsibility in the fact that I was not the person to directly talk with anyone as I had Less than 24 hours between realizing that my dog was terminal and needing to put him down, so I handed that responsibility off to my fiancé, who was informed that I really really wanted an ink print. But he didn't know/think specifically to ask for ink when he called the company and just said paw print. It is standard for them to give a ceramic paw print, but not ink. We just went and picked everything up and while everything else was absolutely beautiful, to say that I am absolutely DEVASTATED to not have a true ink print of his paw with all the little nuances specific to my baby is an understatement. I think it's important to add that in here because a couple other reviews that I read between yelp and Google specifically stated getting ink prints (they all said they weren't expecting them, but it did make it sound like it was a regular thing) which is why I didn't double down and follow back up myself to make sure that this happened The girl working the front desk was so sweet and did her absolute best to try to get a quick one from the mold that was used for the ceramic, but it's just not the same and it's definitely not exact With that said, this company was timely in pickup and absolutely everyone we've interacted with was so sweet. It truly does seem like they take care of your pet as if it were their own. What we got, which is the standard: ceramic paw print with his name, plain cedar box with his ashes, for clippings, and a heart shaped paper with wildflower seeds in it to plant. One day I'll come down from the disappointment about the ink print and I'm definitely kicking myself for not just getting an ink pad and paper on that final day. Regardless of that, I highly recommend this company

From the moment I called this place, I was met with empathy, patience, and understanding. I was helped every step of the way and they even put me in touch with a vet who could perform the euthanasia necessary for my 18-year old cat. Any pet-owner can attest to the depth of despair they feel when they have to say goodbye, so having someone there to help dispel any confusion was such a blessing. They went above and beyond. Fast forward to today, 11-29-25. I called Entrusted Pets right when they opened at 9am and the call was answered by someone who responded in a manner that did not align with what I've come to expect from Entrusted Pets. I explained how my 11-year old German Shepherd was diagnosed with cancer and we were told she had maybe a week left. I asked if they still offered assistance with setting up the euthanasia and I was told no. I was then told that a vet would have to come to my place, and we would then have to bring our dog's body to them for the cremation. This is in stark contrast to my previous experiences where I could bring my pet to their facility, say goodbye, and they took care of everything after that. But today, there was no understanding, no support - it was very clinical and matter-of-fact. The entirety of the call lasted exactly one minute, and that included me asking all my questions. Unfortunately, this place isn't what is used to be. Instead, I'll just find a Vet to come to my home - as suggested - and take it from there.

Our sweetest 13 year old mix, Nemmie, took a sharp turn for the worse after a brief battle with splenic cancer. I reached out to AARP on a Friday in hopes of scheduling them over the weekend. I was able to schedule online, and Shelley reached out the following morning to confirm the appointment and provide resources and instructions. Unfortunately, Nemmie's condition rapidly declined and it was clear that she would not make it to the original appointment. I reached out the Shelley, who was able to reschedule our appointment to that same day to make sure our sweet girl could be put to rest with dignity and little to no suffering. Dr. Falcone was the vet assigned to us. She called me roughly 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, letting me know that she was in the area and could arrive before the 12pm appointment. However, she also let us know that it was completely okay if we wanted her to wait until the original appointment time so we could spend an extra few minutes with our girl. She arrived promptly at the appointment time, and was nothing short of an angel for our girl (and for us) throughout the entire experience. I can imagine that having her job would not be an easy one. However, she handled our situation with such grace, empathy, and kindness. Before the procedure started, she took the time to walk us through each step of the process. She also made sure to be as gentle as possible, while getting Nemmie as comfortable as possible before everything started. We also have another dog in the house, who was very curious about what was going on. Dr. Falcone was so sweet to him as well, and let him sniff her, give licks, and be all up in her business prior to the procedure starting. She also did not rush us at any point in the slightest, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet girl. Once the procedure had finished and Nemmie was no longer with us, again, Dr. Falcone let us have as much time as wanted to say our final goodbyes. She also allowed me the privilege of lifting my girl onto the stretcher, covering her with a blanket, and helping carry her out of our house and to Dr. Falcone's car for transportation to the crematorium. One small little touch that I'll forever remember. She was also very clear that there are two options for having your dog's ashes returned to you: either having them shipped to the vet, or shipped directly to your home. AARP's services, quality of care, and empathy for their clients & their pets are truly second to none. The opportunity to have been able to put our girl to rest in the comfort of her lifelong home while surrounded by love and comfort, is truly something that you can't put a price on. When your inevitable duty as a pet parent to see your pet off to the Rainbow Bridge comes, I can't recommend using All About Restful Pets enough. They truly are the best at what they do, and make the worst day of your life just a little bit better.
