After they were done they explained how the backup system works, how to disable the alarm, etc. Well priced and they give a 3 year warranty on the system. We were then told we had to pay a CALL OUT FEE of $140.00. WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF THIS WHEN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE. NOT ONE COMMENT ON THIS UNFAIR CHARGE.
