He was quite to the point on how my interior crack would never leak again for 15 or more years minimum. I was familiar already with a urethane product he used and I already knew its characteristics. I had four different competitors out here to compare, and after going back and forth with all of them I narrowed the field to select American Basements and Crawlspaces. Although the work was just performed they fixed the crack right before a deluge that lasted a few days. The rain that we endured would have had my sump pump cycling every 30 seconds and immediately that became 90 seconds with bone dry results around the crack. Our neighbors went with another company that they had scheduled to return to warranty a small leak they had remaining. The other thing I must mention was there was no 90 minute presentation where they wanted to sit down in your home to go through catalogs.
