School. Boring. Teachers. Also boring. Honestly, I didn't have fun attending this school. This was the most boring school I've ever attended. I wish it was banned eternally. I'd rather go back to 8th grade and be in middle school. And I hated less teachers in 8th grade. I had one bad teacher, and that was it. Lunch, bad. The lunchroom has too little tables and chairs. I couldn't even sit with my friends, so now I have to give outside in the cold. Or even the sun when it's hot out. I can't go inside because they'd yell at me. Do they want me to freeze/burn to death?! This is insane! Bad cafeteria, needs to be bigger. Now, let's talk about the school itself and its classes, all bad. I barely pay attention in class and I feel like sleeping through the whole day. I'd just like to say that I only found one class entertaining, and it was JROTC. All other classes made me want to close my eyes and sleep through it. The teachers themselves are a hit or miss. You could have either a good teacher, or a bad teacher. Or you could have that morally grey area. I got the short end of the stick and got basically all bad teachers. They're all so strict and make me work my butt off. Like I need my me time, not school time. I want less homework. This is ridiculous! To top this review off, the campus is too big. I have to spend the whole passing period to get like halfway to my next class. This needs to be fixed, now! I can't handle this, it's too much. And with strict teachers, I get yelled at and it was out of my control. Like what am I supposed to do?! Also the K building is so far away from the other buildings, like it should be in the main campus. It doesn't need to be that far away. Anyways, this school is bad, don't go here. read more

10/10 Would eat there again! Food was the best I have ever had! There were a lot of people there but still an amazing restaurant.

Very boring. Classes too easy. Too much focus on sports. They cancelled the one class I was looking for. Too many students. No lockers so you have to carry your heavy textbooks in your backpack all day. Not enough seats inside the lunchroom so a lot of students are forced to eat outside in the hot Arizona sun. The open campus layout is ineffective for teaching students how to manage college. Too many buildings too far apart, barely enough passing time because there's too many students crowding the halls. There was no preparation for life beyond high school. Every other high school in the area is a carbon copy of BHS. read more

My oldest son graduated from Basha and my youngest in currently attending three. I appreciated the academic support my son got which resulted in a substantial scholarship. My son that currently attends there loves the school, the teachers and the school culture. read more

I have watched this school grow from the opening in 2004. It has grown into an outstanding high school both in academics and athletics.

I'm currently a senior here while writing this review. The general talk among myself and many of the other students has led me to the conclusion that we all feel that those who decide where the school's money goes care more about it's sports (especially football) and funding than pretty much anything else. Many of the teachers are kind and genuinely care about the students all while (in my opinion) being underpaid. The school doesn't supply calculators or textbooks to many of the classes that need them. A decent portion of the textbooks they do have are outdated or are falling apart. Also, some teachers have to pay their own money (despite their low wages) for basic classroom tools that should definitely already be provided for them. On top of that, the district can't seem to decide what they want some teachers to teach. The teachers (usually) do their absolute best to make do with what they have, but I feel that there are some serious changes that need to be made at some point. I personally have nothing to gain from writing this review other than the hope that it will bring changes that will benefit the students who attend this school in the future. read more
