I haven't had my car for a week already , I lost my job because smart auto care will not cover a car rental until they approve the claim but instead of approving the claim they keep going back and forth with the dealership requiring more information . This has not been one phone call where they spoke to the dealership or me directly, smart auto care won't even contact anyone , the dealership and I have to keep calling them and every single time we have gotten a hold of them they have delayed the process by another day, they recently asked the dealership to remove my motor to get a better diagnostic which is understandable but if smart auto care decides not to approve the claim after the fact then I am the one who has to pay the dealership $1,300 for the diagnostic . Also why didn't smart auto care ask the dealership to do this the very first day we got a hold of them instead of a week later after I have lost everything. Absolutely ridiculous company , the only person I would ever recommend this company too is someone who is looking to be inconvenienced , ignored and spoken down to by supervisors because they don't want to hear from you.
