I guess that we made a mistake trying to support small businesses. I thought small businesses were…read moresupposed to be kinder to their customers. Long story short...ordered a bedroom set was here in 2 weeks (Great!). Except one of the dressers was damaged when we picked it up. After a rude encounter with the furniture loaders, we were unsure of it was reordered. So we called after a few weeks and were told it would be here in 2 weeks (rudely). After 2 weeks we called again and were told another 2 weeks, so 3 weeks later we call again only to get a very mean man (the owner I believe) who then told me that I was rude after calling him out for being rude. never In my life have I been rude to any retail employee and never have I ever left a bad review, but this was enough. good luck shopping there.

I guess he forgets to put it on mute as I could hear everything they are talking, so he starts bashing me in front of his employee because.. ''I'm calling from a craigslist ad and I'm not looking to buy anything anyway''. He tells him to not even mention a price or a brand to me cause I'm not worth it anyway, since I'm just shopping around. I guess your customer service needs some improvement then, and I'm sorry I was just looking to get 3 rooms worth of furniture.

It belongs in Wellseley, or Marblehead, among the strolling elite. (no pun intended) So, we're shopping for strollers. It's Sunday and the store is empty. The selection of strollers is decent, and can stand up to say, Magic Beans in (you guessed it) Wellesley. But unlike the Magic Bean, or the Isis Maternity store, or even the evil giant Babies R Us, there is not an eager helpful salesperson to explain to you how this monster of a machine folds, unfolds, where you can put your coffee cup and how much it costs. No. Instead, there is a gum chewing 13? 15? year old, who was surfing the web as we, the only two customers in that store, hemmed and hawed over the new Micralite Toro, bruised our fingers trying to unlock the whatchmacallit doohickey, and walked circles around it looking for the price tag. She also had a two word vocabulary: "I dunno..." Wait, three words: "Uh... I dunno..." I think she was the kid daughter of the owner. Not smart, dad, to leave her in charge when she dunno anything. Anyway, I took a gander around the store, and again, it is full of upscale merchandise with price tags to match - but it's in a strip mall in Danvers, and it doesn't bring with it the kind of service this sort of price tag brings with it. Usually. It's silly. But I felt pretty poisonous when I left that store. Enough to write this review. Sorry, Chulamama, I'm going back to Babies R Us. Sometimes the tried and true evil giants are tried and true for a reason...

Today is May 6. I had a received for both purchases and they are in new condition, just like I bough it. I was refused the return, as they say I return too many items and that is against their policy to accept any more returns from me. As I recall I don't have too many buys there and especially too many returns. But If I knew there's a limit to how many items you could buy or return, I would not go to that store at all. There are no clear postings about it. When I buy something, I ALWAYS ask how many days I have to return, if I have to. They have a 30 days policy in general. Nobody ever says about limited returns. But what is the limit? 2 times, 10 or 50? More? If they have such a policy, it has to be posted clearly in store. Nobody likes such surprises. I need to be able to return items for a full refund. I will file the complaint with the BBB for sure.

When you first walk into the store everything looks nice and neat in the front but as you continue to go through the limited aisles, everything is disorganized. I don't expect any more than that given that all the locations are similar, however, this location is small compared to the other ones like Revere and they don't have alot of inventory. I visited close to closing and made it to the line in the end. There were many announcements made to remind customers that the store was about to close but they only had one person doing cashier for the line. Having some back up would've been awesome. These are situations where leadership should also jump in to help.

I have to say that they have an excellent selection and they stand by their products. In the past, I have purchased living room sets, dining room sets, and miscellaneous items from the store. All the times that I have entered this location. All the staff seems to be very helpful and polite, not pushy. don't let you roam around. Sit on everything lay down on the couch, etc. and enjoy your visit. They also provide snacks down in the back. There's ice cream and candy does come in handy if not alone. I would like to state one story about their warrantees, which I highly suggest you purchase. One of my purchases was a white leather living room set.. It was a rather large expensive set. it included a large sectional and I added to living room cheers and three Ottomans as I had a huge living room. I had this furniture for approximately four years and to my surprise the sectional on the backside started to peel. I was very surprised about this and I contacted them about replacement as I did purchase the warranty. I spent almost $400 on the warranty which most of my friends thought I was crazy. I'm a big fan of extended plans. Anyway, while I was speaking to Bob's customer service on the phone and requesting someone coming and take a look at my furniture as I wanted to put in a warranty claim to either repair it or replace it. I was informed that they no longer had this leather living room available and that they were not doing repairs on that model any longer. I found myself in a funny position when I asked what can you do for me? They said we can give you a refund so I readily agreed. When my refund came in the mail now mind you I still had all the furniture they didn't want to come get it. They didn't even come in inspect it which I couldn't believe. I thought they were gonna be sending me a partial refund of some sort however they sent me a refund in the form of store credit for over $4000.. yes they refunded me for my entire purchase the cheers the Ottomans and the warranty. Unless I fall in love with a piece of furniture somewhere else, I will always drop at Bob's. Now back to the basic review they have a very very large parking area so you will always get a spot. It's directly on route one so it's. And they have a great selection of furniture for any room or decor. Now when you go in if you like a couch or chair, they actually have different colors. You can order them in even though you don't see it displayed so make sure you speak to the sales person. They have a finance program positive, but I see it advertised when I walk around. Definitely consider Furniture.

I go here very often, and yet I still have no idea what to write. Here goes nothing…read more.. This Target is small as far as Targets go, you will likely find they have a more limited selection that some other targets in the area. That is not to say they don't have a whole lot of stuff. Most of the stuff they have, excluding some electronics is on the budget end of the spectrum. While you will find a good DSLR camera, or a nice laptop, or a huge flat screen, you will not find [much] designer clothing, super high-end electronics, or a wide food selection. However, if you need a toothbrush, socks, or a package of AA batteries, this is a go to place. Prices are not as low as Wal-Mart, but you pay slightly more for slightly higher quality. The store is cleaner, and the staff is generally more helpful. Still, service can be hit or miss. There are some associates that were mean, and some that are helpful. Mark at the service desk is awesome! They have a generous return policy, you can return many items that most stores will typically not accept. Rather than list all of them, I will say this: don't be afraid to ask, especially on high priced items. But it is a no on bicycles, which kind of sucks. Also, while I understand why, it would be nice if they were not required to try to get everyone to get a Target RedCard. They get me almost every time, but I already have one...

There's something so nostalgic about this mall for me. Though now they have many new stores here…read moresince the last time I stepped foot inside, a lot of it stayed the same. I just remember growing up, we used to go apple picking down the street and we'd always stop by afterwards for some Chick-fil-A. The Chick-fil-A in Northshore Mall was one of the only locations that Massachusetts had at that point in time (I believe?) or at least the only one I had visited as a kid because the ones near me had not arrived yet. Northshore Mall is the only mall in MA to have a JCPenney now. Still a pretty lively & busy mall when I last visited about a week ago! As I walked through the mall, it felt a bit dated compared to the other malls (Natick, Burlington, etc). Very early 2000s kind of vibe with a mix of some popular stores you'd find at most shopping malls, along with a couple small businesses... they've even got a barber shop in here! Overall, I find that not much has changed at Northshore. Seems like an okay mall for quick, casual shopping. Nordstroms will be gone soon and replaced with a Dick's Sporting Goods. I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here, however, it was still nice to visit!
