We have had one bad builder after another, at our home in Beverly Hills. Every time we would look into what they did (because it failed) we found they had cut corners, gone cheap and created problems. There's an expression "I am not rich enough to be cheap", a lesson hard learned. It would be better to hire HP Group from the start, even if Mike seems a little bit more expensive, because they're going to do it right the first time.
