Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. A little backstory...My entire house had been under a massive reconstruction for over a year-and-a-half. During that time the water had to be turned off, killing all of the grass and most of the plants, and turning my entire yard into a dirt lot with overgrown weeds. It was a hot mess. I wanted new drought-resistant plants and artificial grass with a drip system instead of sod grass with a sprinkler system like I had before, but Roy also made some great recommendations that I hadn't even considered. The most significant was replacing my old concrete patio with a bigger patio made of sand-colored pavers. What a difference that made! I couldn't believe that the entire landscaping job was done in just five days, and Roy let me know he was also available afterwards for any questions I might have. Six weeks later, when I had questions about my new drip system controller and wanted to make sure my plants were getting enough water, Roy personally came back out to my house and walked me through all of it.
