I also purchased a Hanna Instruments Salinity tester for 80.00 and when I opened it realized it was used and all scratched up and clearly not new . Then when I put a battery in it to turn it on I discovered it was broken as well. I live 2.5 hrs away from the store so it's not like I could turn around and return them or give them the chance to make it right . I'm not impressed whatsoever with the way the store appeared to be in chaos with boxes of stuff all over and clutter in every isle.
