Ok so the staff probably knows me as the crazy Guinea pig lady who shows up every two weeks! I literally race in before or after work to purchase dog food and especially Guinea pig supplies. I own six lovely piggies who count on EFC for oxbow pellets, Timothy hay, water bottles and fun chewies. The staff is super friendly and the store is clean and organized. My daughter begs to go just so she can pet Rango. Being a small business myself, I will always shop local! Go check out EFC! read more

From our experience with this company is not good. It receives an F. It took 20 months to try to fix our tractor which we bought from them. Would not take our calls. We picked it up and had a local mechanic Fix it . That is 20 months we will never get back. Beware of this Company. read more

These people have absolutely no integrity, no ethics and no customer service. Our company sent an ATV in for an oil change and basic service and to have the started checked and replaced if necessary. That is all we authorized is the service and starter. We asked to check the ATV out and give an estimate on any additional work. All of this was stated on the order. This ATV is used on a construction site, it is old and had been used hard. After repeated calls to EFC we could never get an answer on the status of the ATV. We kept getting a run around and no answers. They gave us no quote, wouldn't even tell us what if anything else needed done. They would only say there were parts on order and some were back ordered. We had not authorized any work and did even know what parts had been order or for what. Finally the owner who would not give us any answers said we could come pick out ATV up if we were not happy. When we went to pick it up the entire front end assembly had been removed some parts had been cut off and the parts were in a box. They were never authorized to do any of this and never called us, not once. When we took said ATV to another dealer it was estimated in excess of $5,000. to repair and put back together. EFC then had the nerve to charge us, a YEAR later for the service and threatened collections. Which when I call our company's legal dept., they said it was worth the money to fight it. read more

Stopped in with a broken belt for my cub cadet mower. They had no customers. I asked if they could try to mach my belt to one of 50 on there wall. They said no. Not willing to try without a model number. Not helpful at all. read more
