The issues began with a simple thermostat problem that should have been resolved quickly. Instead: * The technician, Anthony, was unable to diagnose and fix what was ultimately a basic thermostat issue * I had to schedule THREE separate service visits over FIVE DAYS while my family remained without proper heating during this time * Each visit incurred a $150 service charge, regardless of actual time spent * They consistently rounded up their service time (31 minutes was billed as a full hour) * My initial bill was nearly $900 for what amounted to approximately 45 minutes of actual work The customer service problems were equally concerning: * Supervisor James demonstrated the same poor customer service as the technician * When I questioned the charges and multiple visits, the technician became hostile * Most shockingly, during the final visit, the technician told me that "I was the fing problem" and that "he had to fix my fing work" - completely unprofessional and unacceptable language What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a week-long ordeal that left my family without proper heating and cost significantly more than it should have. The combination of technical incompetence, questionable billing practices, and abusive language makes this company impossible to recommend. I strongly suggest that potential customers take the low reviews here seriously and look elsewhere for HVAC services.

I worked with Ben at Patriot Plumbing to redo a leaky Kinetico water softener…read more I am very happy with the high quality work by Ben and Patriot Plumbing. No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer. I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure. The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener. I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.

I just expected more from a local family owned business. I hired patriot plumbing to clear a clogged drain well I was at work, they showed up had my wife sign the previously mentioned paperwork and price for the job. The plumber then proceeded to punch a whole through my drum trap and run an auger 30' through my floor. He called, said it was draining good now and left. My wife calls 15 min later saying that the ceiling above my 9month olds crib was bubbling with water and about to drop. The plumber came back and looked at it and ended up quoting me $5000 to fix what was not broken when he came. As well still pay the agreed upon price the work. They did rapidly send water damage restoration people too the house but after quoting me an astronomical price to fix what they broke I got my insurance involved and to the best of my knowledge the plumbers are not being held liable at all. I understand mistakes happen, and the employees I associated with were very kind. But my plumbing still has a hole and I paid them $500 for it.
