I bought my own bottles, artwork $50 and the etching was $20 per bottle. Most sites I had viewed were charging $120-$160. When I went in the storefront I was able to see some other items they create and I would definitely go back for other personalized gift ideas in the future.

Getting to shop for each flower makes buying flowers such an intentional experience. The staff is always sweet and kind and hot to help. We went back to Fashion Valley and I purchased the cologne she stated was the more expensive and a couple bottles of some new Chanel woman's perfume for my wife's collection. The only thing I will complain about is the delivery window was 12pm-6pm (very long). It was my birthday so around 3:30 he called and they told him 30-60 minutes out. I had an acupuncture appointment and was worried they would have trouble getting into my building so I gave them a directory code to open the door and directions. The flowers finally came at 7:30 pm and the delivery driver called me vs. following the directions my boyfriend gave them to get in the building and leave the flowers at the front desk. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered in the morning as requested, and as of now they still have not been delivered until the evening. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the high price paid for the order. The recipient is no longer home in the evening, which defeats the purpose of the delivery and has caused significant inconvenience.
