It was stunning and so appropriate for the moment. The colors were bold and bright and brought a lightness to the moment. They perfectly reflected the joy and brightness of the person we lost. Five stars. They lasted four days, hence the two star review. I am so disappointed I was not able to enjoy them for even a week. Normally a couple will droop or die and can be pulled to save the arrangement but when I woke up yesterday morning EVERY SINGLE ROSE was collapsed - and most of the lilies too. When I called the florist I asked if they had an email (because I wanted to send them pictures and explain my experience and the one they sent me was from a noreply address) However when I ask if they had an email the man on the phone (Roz) replied back with "for $5.00" I was shocked by that response and was silent for a bit until he then laughed and said just kidding. Completely unprofessional. He ended up giving it to me and then is what I wrote and his response. The employee knew I had trouble placing an order online, so when it went through she called to notify me that it went through and that she verified with the funeral home the date and times to ensure it arrived on time. It would behoove them to convey a message in both Spanish and English in the future. Unless any English-speaking caller wants to deal with getting past the first hurdle of understanding what they're saying in the first place, I would suggest you look elsewhere. One can only imagine what the end result of your pricey flower arrangement would look like, considering the language barrier. They're shooting themselves in the foot, as this pushes away potential revenue for them. I am certain a small business would want to make money from all walks of life, no?? My law firm needed some last minute holiday gift baskets, so I stopped in with my boss to check out their selection. Dan was uber helpful (and it didn't hurt that he gave us tons of samples). Despite the fact that we were terribly last minute (I think it was the week of Christmas already) he was incredibly helpful and personable. He allowed us to customize our baskets with certain types of snacks that we wanted to or didn't want to include. Our clients had nothing but great things to say about the baskets they delivered. The staff was also very accommodating when several of our baskets were returned and/or we wanted to change instructions. We forgot to give them new instructions about one of our returned baskets and they even gave us a "basket credit" for our next order. The prices are comparable to other gift basket companies, but the service definitely excels. It's also great that they periodically send me small baskets for random occasions (like a pot o' gold for St. Patrick's Day) to remind me of how great of a job they did.
