We despise the competition that starts with S. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Gold Star within 20 mins of us. We have been to this location three times. Each time, the chili taste absolutely unrecognizable and inauthentic compared to Cincinnati Gold Stars. They water the chili down here. Also, they don't carry the authentic Tuong Ot Sriracha with the rooster on it so we bring our own. I have to pour two times the amount on the chili to make it palatable! Side note: We really love the mural in this location. Too bad the food is disgusting. We will just buy the cans in the grocery store and stay home for the real stuff moving forward.

When reading reviews I was told to get the spicy chicken and potato wedges. Unfortunately the gentleman in front of me ordered all the spicy so I had to go with regular. I ordered the 10 piece dinner meal with wedges and mac and cheese. The chicken was decent! I popped it in the air fryer, sprinkled some cayenne and was pretty pleased by the chicken. The meat was not dry and the flavors were mellow. The potato wedges were great! It was breaded the same way as the chicken. A regular comes with 4 pieces and the large comes with 12. To be fair, most of the wedges are pretty huge. The mac and cheese: Disappointing. It was Stouffer's. Overall it was a decent experience. The staff was kind and communicated well with each other. I definitely want to try the spicy chicken next time and will definitely arrive at an earlier time.

When I got to the window and older woman asked me for the name. I told her my name... three simple letters. She pretended like she couldn't understand so I spelled it out for her. She turned around with an attitude and started looking on the table and telling the other people she couldn't find J A S... it wasn't that difficult as I had only ordered one thing which was a frosted lemonade. So I made the statement "hey its sitting right there." She proceeded to tell me that I JUST could have told her that. I JUST should have told her how to do her job.. I suppose. I guess we're all coming on hard times when Chick-fil-A gets rude. WOW
