Terrible service, the manager here is the worst and never works with the customers to figure out issues. He never has any time I have ever been here and is literally the worst human in the world. I thought that the employees were so nice and Baskin-Robbins, is such a classic! Mint choco is so good. Unfortunately, it's just hard to find location wise, but there is parking in the front, you just have to go across the street of the bakery. Well the signs and the door and online says they close at 10pm, I arrived 15 minutes before then and the lights were off, the doors were locked, and there was a person watching from inside. Thought that was pretty obnoxious. read more

This is honestly the only baskin robins I'll go to. The scoops are legendary, the service is phenomenal. Had this guy named James serve me & boy was he the SWEETEST ever. Another asked if I wanted extra topping on mine (had to decline because I had so much to eat but super "sweet" of him!). Although it may be in a gravel parking lot next to a dirty staircase (whatever), this is the most welcoming building I've been in since H99 decided to take theirs out next to Safeway. I was out of town for a conference- decided to grab a late night shake, as I was tired from the drive and just wanted to go to bed. I googled and this place posted they were open until 10pm. I arrive at 9:50 (since you don't get anywhere fast in Seattle). They closed early- no warning -no sign. Someone was there and they had just gotten ice cream- there was 2 staff inside cleaning. The person with the ice cream appeared surprised the door was locked- staring "I was just in there". Clearly they just wanted to close early- If you don't want to stay open until your supposed to- don't work at a store that has late hours!!! Just disgusted- I could have utilized my 20+ min drive to get something to eat before bed- if I had known the staff was not willing to honor the stores hours. DO BETTER!!!! read more

You can't really go wrong with baskin robins ice cream but I really wish this one had just a little bit more outdoor seating. When we come, we make sure to plan to go to the Bothell landing park afterwards - but sometimes its just not practical for little legs to walk with melting ice cream across the busy parkinng lot of street. read more

This place needs a thorough cleaning and some love. The service was great, ice cream delicious, but the make-shift window coverings, rickety table, and dirt/dust in the windows, peeling signage on a counter where food is prepared, and just overall appearance made me nervous to purchase food here. Seems a few hours of scrubbing, some spiffing up of curtains/blinds, sturdy furniture, and replacing torn/worn items is long overdue. Nice associates and ample parking in a weird lot between two streets. I came here to try the amazing new flavor of the month and was thrilled they actually had it. The previous BR I went to a couple days prior had said they didn't have it yet. This one had plenty of it and so I got to enjoy it shortly after it's release. The interior of this BR leaves a lot to be desired but I suppose they don't want it to look so comfortable or else people wouldn't ever want to leave. read more

This location has always been a last resort when we don't feel like driving to the Bothell-Everett Hwy one. I'm not sure what they're talking about their "AC union" currently being broken because I don't believe it's worked in many years regardless. The store is always hot and muggy plus ice cream is usually half melted. The staff are a majority high school kids and customer service isn't the best. Another thing that isn't the best is apparently their English. What the hell is an AC union? I could understand a typo maybe once but the fact that they say it again is quite hilarious. I don't think I'll be visiting during their hours I will just continue driving onto the other location. read more

Today is December 7th. We drove about half an hour to eat ice cream. The December open time is until 9:30PM, we arrived around 9:22PM but it already closed and the cashier already cleaned up the store and ready to go. If you are close early you should let the customers know. Very disappointed. read more

I've been here a few times. I like how they have both drinks AND ice cream (last time I was there at least), and I especially like their grape flavor ice cream! When I was a boy, and went to Baskin Robbins in University Place, WA, I remember being a big fan of their lime daiquiri, orange sherbet and rainbow sherbet ice creams (my dad and brother closest to my age, Tom, would get rocky road, chocolate, etc., but I was all about the fruit flavors...). I didn't go in, had door dash delivery. I'm sad, 12$ each , 2 quarts. They aren't filled, they only put about 3 inches from the top( I can easily see second rim inside). We use to go to BR all the time - but lately moved on to DQ since the atmosphere, service and fun at BR appears to have overall declined - along with the convenience. Many more DQ in our travels. This one brought us back to the days of old. We needed a ice cream cake and I was worried that on a Sunday afternoon we might have limited selection. Wrong - great selection - even had the flavor we wanted and the kids rated it as excellent. The employee on duty was a rarity in today's fast food market. She cared - she was helpful and even put our great-nephews name on the cake (yes part of her job but she did it with a fun spirit). This is one of the best run Baskin-Robbins in the area. They are fun and in the summer they have AC. Some of the flavors are sometimes not available because they run out. This is the only reason I am not rating as five stars. I often go out of my way to find that the lactose free flavor is out of stock. Once again I would like to make a special note for my dairy free friends. This place does have several dairy free options. This store consistently closes at 9:30 if not earlier. The website says it is open until 10:00 p.m., but I just walked in at 9:25 (while the Open sign was still on) and the employee said the store was already closed. Most of the employees seem to be dissatisfied with their job. read more

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I've actually been treated better at the DMV! The lady at the front counter whom I assume is the owner refused to take the special we brought in, not only that but after handing us back the phone with the offer on it proceeded to help the gentleman behind us. We yelled out to her that we had not even completed our order yet and she just continued to help the gentleman behind us. I ended up walking out even after the lady in front of us had paid it forward and had given us money for our ice cream. I handed it to my friend and left. She left shortly thereafter. This is the worst service I've gotten here and I come here often, all year-round. I'm 100% dissatisfaction in the service. We walked in at 9:43 pm and the open sign was already off even though they close at 10 pm. We walked in to one worker and three teens who were talking to the worker, tanner, and just chatting like it was a hangout area at the mall. My friends and I just ate at the sushi place across the street and always go here after. While our time her we repeatedly received many rude comments that were not directly said to us but we're about us and loud enough so that we could hear them. The rude comments entailed how we were taking so long, how we came in before they closed and how annoyed they were because a few of us ordered milkshakes. I've been going to eat ice cream at Baskin-Robbins since I was little and it's not the same service. Tanner rudely asked one of my friends ,when he was paying, for what the time was. I found that completely rude because we came in and left before the closing time and we are paying customers who come often and then to have a worker rudely ask what time is was as a reminder for us was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I would not hire someone who give this kind of service and bring in his friends to chat and say negative comments about customers. I'm so dissatisfied and will tell all my friends at UW/UWB to never to go this location. This location should be shut down if this behavior continues I don't appreciate the negative crowd and workers that make my experience bad. We left 4 minutes before closing, I understand closing early because no one is coming in but do not give rude customer service and bring in your rude snarky friends to hangout to keep you company when you're getting paid to do your job well. I would've give 0 or negative stars if it were an option because my night was ruined. You will be loosing many customers because no one wants to come in to an ice cream shop to be reminded the closing time by the worker and to receive rude comments from the workers friends who are hanging out without buying anything.
