Donuts. But what did you expect?!
    Nate H.

If you are anywhere near Lynnwood, you have to stop at Donut Factory. They have your classics like the Old Fashioned . They have the All Time Greats like the Double Chocolate (plussed up with Oreos on top). They have the Next Level Donuts (what we're really here for) like the maple bacon bars . Then they have the Outlandish Donuts that they made for marketing purposes but no one is actually interested in - like fruity pebbles . At least it seemed that way since they still had a full tray at 4PM. While Seattle seems to be full of niche donut establishments with lines out the door, you'll catch me at The Factory. A tried and true Donut Destination that will never let you down. I've tried most of 'em, and they hit every time. Bring a few home for someone and you will make their day.

OG glaze and Maple Bar and 16oz caramel iced coffee w/ cream

absolutely love this place. My husband and I have always come here if we wanted a donut and never have we been disappointed. These donuts are always so fresh, thick, fluffy and just perfect. The maple bar glaze is so nice and not overwhelmingly sweet like most maple bars; usually I can only eat a bite of one, but here I can eat the whole thing no problem. The staff here has always been nice and helpful. The iced coffee is so nice and roasty and perfect with a donut. I asked for my 16oz with only 1.5 pumps worth of syrup (white mocha, mocha or caramel are the options) and cream - PERFECT. love this place!

Two donuts, one stop: Donut Factory in Lynnwood. For my fifth and final stop of my driving donut tour today, Sunday 27 November 2022, I selected two Bavarian cream donuts from the offerings. The line was not too long and I was fortunate to arrive when I did, around 10:15 a.m. There were only two Bavarian Cream Buttermilk donuts left on the tray, I got the second to last one and someone else got the last one as I was waiting to pay. The other donut I went with was Glazed Bavarian Cream. The workers were direct and communicated with clarity, payment was straightforward. The Glazed Bavarian Cream was very light and fluffy and had a hearty dollop of cream. None of the flavors were overpowering and the cream was well-executed with creaminess shining through over sweetness. The Bavarian Cream Buttermilk was superb. The donut material was cohesively crumbly and tasted of buttermilk. The cream was nestled towards the top of the donut, requiring vertical chomping to get donut material and cream in the same bite. Filling choices without too much mess. Available parking was in flux as I was there and eating in the car with different patrons parking and departing. It also managed to hail and have sunshine breakthrough in the approximately twelve minutes it took me to eat the two donuts. Fun and enjoyable dining experience.

The crew was helpful and friendly today. Just wondering if some of donuts were yesterday's donuts? I would normally give 5 stars but today 3.5-4 it's ok, it's unusual

I found this place on Yelp since I was craving donuts. The place had plenty of free parking and the location was easy to find. The cashier wasn't very friendly. They made me feel rushed and had a cold presence the entire transaction. We got our donuts to go and ate it at home though there were plenty of open tables. The donuts were pricier than other spots with the premium donut being around $3 if I remember correctly. The donuts were overly oily and not memorable. I definitely won't be coming back due to the price and lack of customer service.

I've tried to visit three times at 6 PM when the store clearly closes at 7 PM, all three times unsuccessful. Two times I tried to use the ToGoodToGo app to get a random selection of donuts at the end of the day (pickup from 6 - 7 PM, the last hour before closing) because we all know leftover donuts get tossed at the end of the day, which is unfortunate. Regardless, I guess this spot likes to close early and also waste those donuts. Both doors were locked on all three visits. Two visits the inside was completely dark whereas one visit the light was still on, but the inside of the store was clearly empty (no donuts on display either). Conversely, the U-District location always follows the set times so it's not necessarily the chain altogether, but just this specific location.

Custom order letters with purple ube frosting and ferro rocher and reeses topping (I added my own gold sprinkles). Delish!

Always fresh when we pick a variety of donuts: maple bars, jelly filled, chocolate frosted, regular glazed and old fashioned.

    What donuts are vegan?

We offer Vegan Cake donuts. They are not an everyday menu item. They can only be preordered at least 2 days in advance. You can customize the frostings and topping choices. 1 dozen is minimum order. Thank you!

I am planning to go to this place soon, any recommendations of what donut to get here?

You should try the Ube Donut and Ube Fritter. Anything with coconut and chocolate.

We're looking for a place to host 10 girls (& parents) for end of season basketball celebration. Would you be able to accommodate at your location?

they have seating but it's not really big. you may want to call them and set up a time as i guess they can get busy at certain times. but good idea, kids love donuts 🍩

    Do they have gluten-free donuts?

Unfortunately we do not have any gluten free donuts. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Im looking to do something different and fun for my son's 10th birthday party, and I was wondering if you can make custom donuts? Like to spell out his name and age or something fun like that, plus a regular box or two of normal size donuts?

Yes! I've seen their letter donuts that spell out Happy Bday and the persons name. I remember going into the store and seeing a menu for special orders up on the wall! Visit or call them!

Are most of your donuts cake donuts or do you have a selection of yeasted donuts as well?

We have a wide variety of both yeast and cake donuts.

We chatted about the chemistry of coffees as well as were he gets his ideas for the donuts. Donuts: they have a wide variety of options, from regular, vegan, and gluten free (Found in the Glu-10 Freezer, they are also vegan!) - Husband got Ube, he said it was good. A solid 4.5 - I got the Dubai chocolate gluten free. They heated it up for me so I could eat at the table, I seriously almost cried, I have never had a gluten free donut that wasn't dry and depressing. This donut was the softest and moistest donut I have ever had. Flavor wise it was absolutely phenomenal. - My daughter got the rainbow pebblez and she said it was a 5/5 she was so excited to try it when I picked her up. Coffee - I got a taro latte and it was good, not too sweet which is important when being paired with a donut. - Husband got a drip, he said "it's good" Ambiance: so cute. Love the plants and star

Luckily when we arrived, there was more than plenty to choose from. The owner greeted us as we walked in and he was absolutely delightful. We were so indecisive as we haven't ever seen this many variety of doughnuts, there wasn't a regular doughnut flavor to be found! There were so many different flavor profiles with textures or without. The names were also so creative and charming. The owner was telling us about the chocolates that he sells to and let us sample an Ube white chocolate oreo and I couldn't give my boyfriend more than a quarter of a bite cause it was so yummy! Absolutely love the creativity and fusions of flavors the owner has, it's unique and one of a kind! He also has gluten free, vegan and sugar free doughnuts and chocolates and continuing to find more ways to cater to other dietary restrictions which is so considerate. He canm also make amazing drinks, hot and savory foods, and much more if you're not feeling doughnuts. Additionally, the store is dog friendly and he even has a few small boxes of themed dog doughnuts that are readily available. He even has a dog water for dogs to quench their thirst which is always appreciated. The owner saw our dogs and talked about them as well as his own dog who sounds so fun and sweet. The decor is very fun and charming as well! I love the Dragon Ball art of whom I assume is the owner or maybe Zuri? There is plenty of different Star Wars decor which I loved. There is even an arcade cabinet and a big TV to play different things for customers. I also love the blue that you see in the store, it fits the vibes of the store, products and owner. We had to sit down and try the doughnuts right there and then as I knew if we brought them into the car, our dogs would try to get a taste too. I got the Seahawks themed doughnut with pandan and blueberry which I have never tried those two together. My boyfriend got the expresso ring doughnut. The doughnuts were some of the best that we've ever had as the flavors come through, it was so soft and the perfect amount of sweetness where you won't have to worry about your blood sugar levels too much. Honestly, if we weren't going to an event and could eat more sweets, we were so tempted to buy more and just chat with the owner as you can tell he genuinely loves making all these amazing creations, wants to support the community, and is just a fun individual. If we were to ever move around here, we would definitely be regulars so if you live close by please stop by if you haven't yet.

If you're just there for coffee like I was, you can skip that and go straight to the cashier. The pastry case was packed with options, plus a solid selection of ready-to-grab cakes, great to know if you're ever in a cake emergency. I can personally vouch for the cakes. They're delicious especially the Cappuccino Cake. I also tried the seasonal Iced S'mores Latte. It leans more mocha than s'mores, but the graham cracker bits add just the right amount of sweetness, ended up liking it more than I expected. They have pretty typical Korean bakery fare and pricing seems to be just a bit higher than competitors, probably somewhere around a 10% premium compared to similar family owned bakeries. On my visit I got two pastries to try: Soboro Cream ($3.49) - Instead of a delicately crackly cookie crust, this bun has a much softer, almost moist topping, which may be due to them placing the bread in the packaging before being fully cooled off, allowing the bun to steam too much. There's a bunch of sweetened stabilized cream inside that's sweet and oily. The bread itself is kind of dry and crumbly, either not a typical milk bread recipe or perhaps it had been sitting on the shelf for too long. (2/5) Corn Mochi ($5.99) - This comes with six pieces. The corn mochi has a nice chewy tapioca flour base. There's black sesame sprinkled throughout giving a burst of nutty flavor. I expected to see whole corn kernels baked inside but I think they just use corn flour in the dough. It's way less sweet than the soboro. Texturewise, the inside is bouncy while the outside has a harder baked crust. (4/5) Overall Le Bon Patisserie is a pretty average Asian grocery store-paired bakery. It's more of a place to buy bread for convenience rather than anything special, but it does the job decently well.
