I wanted to take my grandkids for banana splits for my time with them for Easter this place had NO bananas, NO hot fudge, and out of quite a bit of ice cream. This was on there on Good Friday in the afternoon I was very disappointed. I also noticed that the Dunkin' Donuts side only had two separate donuts on their trays. I will definitely take a few minutes and drive over to Fort Campbell which I've never been disappointed. read more

Don't like that the staff smokes their cigarettes at the side door that connects to the drive-thru line. Second hand smoking while waiting on my order was very distasteful & unprofessional on their part. It's not artisanal. It's not modern. But the ice cream is good, and it's hard to mess that up. I come here every year to pick up an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. We get the mint chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate cake. They have other flavors too, all in the freezer case. The cakes are not cheap, but they are well made, and I only do it once a year. Everytime I come through the drive thru my coffee tastes like there's nothing added to it. At this point, I feel like I can add the whole menu and my coffee will still taste black. The workers act like they hate their job. Nasty attitudes, especially when I correct them about my coffee being wrong. They either rush you or take 10 minutes to even take your order. I just left from there about an hour ago. I ordered an iced decaf coffee with cream and sugar. The girl gave it to me hot... no biggie, she then went to make me an iced one. I was watching her, and she put the cold brew in the cup instead of the decaf! I asked her why she didn't give me the decaf and she said, we can't make it iced decaf.. well, Karen, it's on the receipt saying you can!! I asked her if she was about to give me caffeine after I said I have to have decaf, because I can't have caffeine. I said, were you really about to give me that?? Were you about to give me the caffeinated coffee??? She lies and says, I'm sorry, I misunderstood!! Whatever. Then I asked for a manager.. she said no manager was there. I said, no one is in charge? She said no. Then, guess what?? The assistant MANAGER walks up. I then tell him on the entire story! He apologized and gave me a refund and offered to make me a decaf coffee.. I went here the other day and the display screen showed that they had mochas for $3, $4, and $5. I asked the black female to please show me the cup for a $3 mocha, which she did. When I went to pay for it, the cost was almost double. I pointed out the display screen and stated that was what I ordered. WITH A RUDE ATTITUDE SHE, she stated the display was old and they could not change it. Then add; "do you want it or not?. Then a short hair caucasian female butted in and stated; "you order from the wrong screen", while look at the black female to agree. She replied; "no he didn't, I showed him the cup". then she states; "she new here and don't know what's going on". The next day I return to talk to the general manager (Jessica) and explained what had taken place. She stated; "We have had several complaints about this employee about her rudeness and attitude". My beliefs are, if she is rude, she will lie, as she did. If she will lie she will do something gross to your food and drink. With the complaints she has received, why is she still working there? Pulled up to Drive Thru window at about 2:30pm 6/29. I asked for a Med. Choc Malt. The girl stated that they did not have any Choc. Ice Cream. I said thank you anyway and she told me to have a nice day. I decided to pull around and go inside as I had decided a Strawberry shake sounded good. Went in and ordered the Strawberry shake. I asked the girl (different girl) when they would have Choc. Ice Cream again. She smiled and pointed to a 2 or 3 gal. unopened container of Choc. ice cream sitting on the counter. She said, "in about 10 min, we have been busy". So, Choc Ice cream was available the whole time but they were turning people away because they had not put the ice cream in the glass topped cooler yet. Almost 7 bucks for a Choc. malt and they are turning people away due to laziness? There was no one in the drive thru and only 1 couple in the store. If this was my store, I'd be furious. read more

After reading the reviews I still went here, I asked for a malt with pralines n cream ice cream.. after having to spell MALT for the girl to understand what I wanted I got a shake with no malt.. won't return. If you decide to indulge here, make sure you go inside. We used the drive thru for a quick treat for my children, but soon realized that was a mistake. As we pulled up to the window, there was a woman sitting on the ground right next to the window smoking a cigarette. The cigarette smoke carried into our car and was very unpleasant. As always, the ice cream is great. But the staff leaves something to be desired. I know working at an ice cream parlor drive thru probably isn't their life's ambition. But they could at least say "thanks for your business", "have a nice day", or anything like that. Instead they don't tell you your total, if you should pull around, or sorry if they're out of the flavor you want. If the location on Ft.Campbell Blvd was closer I'd go there. The customer service here is horrible. In a "service" industry, which our country now is, customer service is the difference between a wonderful experience or an awful one. We were going through the drive thru and had to wait even though we were the only ones there (including in the store) and we could here them laughing and giggling while they took our order. Then to top it all off, I was told the wrong amount. Yes, I take responsibility for not doing my part in double checking the amount. However, when I called today I received no recourse or empathy. They basically told me to "bleep-off" I will never go there again! There are plenty of other ice cream shops. All this over $5.00 and I even suggested a store credit and THE OWNERS said no!
