I always have good experiences at this location. Never a let down; the smoothie bowls always come out picture perfect and the service is exceptional every time. I did noticed that a lot of the other reviews on here are more negative. I believe that a lot of people are expecting too much from a college student blending fruit and vegetables in a cup. This was my first trip ever to a Smoothie King. First off the cashier was absolutely rude/disrespectful! I would likely not ever come here again but the lady that made my smoothie was extremely nice and the smoothie was good. Smoothie was 5 stars! The lady that made my smoothie was a 5 star but the cashier was a negative star so I settled with a 3 star rating. Lots of options and everything was fresh. Wife came in here for a smoothie saw 2 employees one working the other just being unproductive. Waited by the counter to receive service. Meanwhile the one working the employee not working decided to remain on their phone rather than acknowledging a potential paying customer continued to deliberately ignore a customer after minutes of waiting. Finally decided to leave and that employee only looked up and went right back on their phone. Not once did they even bother to acknowledge us like at the very minimal say "we will be right with you or anything" wonderful way to operate a business read more

This is probably the worst out of all the smoothie kings i have been to in the past few years. I walked in and it was an eerie, almost deathly silence. No greeting, nothing as i walked in despite the five different employees there. Menu items missing and when asked if they had a certain smoothie that was at another smoothie king, the answer was "oh its not up there but we might have it." Either you do or dont. Every employee there looked pretty gruff too as if the 6 customers in there were interrupting the business' time with the exception of the girl making the smoothies at the very end. Very clean establishment with a positive staff that greets you from the time you walk in the door. I was very indecisive on picking out something, so they were very patient with me as I made a decision. Also, the staff was very accommodating to my specifics I wanted in the smoothie. The store is very clean, as well as their bathrooms. In comparison to other juice, smoothie stores.... not sure how clean the ingredients are, but for a quick stop in the area, you can't go wrong. They can custom make anything to your needs. I was impressed with the wide selection of products available for purchase, outside of smoothies. (Nuts, jerky, proteins, b12 drinks, vitamins, and more) The pricing is a little steep, but considering it isn't the typical place to buy supplies and blender bottles, I guess it's to be expected. 2.5 It's been a while since I've been in here. I just think they've changed over time. When I want a smoothie I envision fresh fruit, juice, and ice. Sometimes frozen yogurt or ice cream. I honestly don't know how they manage to make their smoothies so darn sweet. The flavor of the fruit is lost in all the added sugars and sweeteners. Not to mention they are over priced. Came to smoothie king after my workout hoping to get a shake, saw that they closed at 9 so got there maybe 20 minutes before. Saw the lights were off but someone was sitting in there on there phone. So I went to drive thru and waited for a minute or two...nothing so I looked in the store again and she just stared at me then went back on her phone lol. OMG this place is so slow. I mean how long does it take to make a smoothie. I went thru drive thru yesterday and I lie to you not but it took me a total of 30 minutes to get my smoothie. If there would of been away for me to leave I would have but there was someone in front of me and behind me. Then I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before anyone even decided to ask how they could help me then they say "What do you need?" Really?! You should of asked how could you help today. I went here on my 30 minutes break to get a smoothie. there was only one person in front of me and I still waited for 15 minutes and no one had even started making my smoothie, so I had to leave to go back to work I would've been late. I went back after i clocked out to see if I could get another one, since I never got the one that I PAID for, and they were closed before the time it says online that they actually close on saturday. im not sure why only one person would be working up front on a saturday night, or why it even took so long in the first place. read more
