First time back 5/21/2020 in a while! Oh, if anyone were watching... LMAO. When I got to the window, I was not paying attention (& unknowingly) almost grabbed the large cappuccino mug that they are "handing" your cups in so that you don't have to "touch". Hahaha. The guy was like "No. Just take your cup out." in a nice way and probably laughing behind his mask. OOPS! My bad! Well, they get 5 stars just for going above and beyond ways to keep their customers safe during these unusual times. The drive thru guy and other employee behind him that I could see were wearing face masks. Kudos! And, my coffee was made as I ordered it. I prefer it not overly sweet or sugary. I got my free breakfast sandwich since they extended the expiration of reward points. Yay! And, I got three vanilla scones. I'm addicted. I may have just given my toddler a taste for them, too! He kept asking for more. He is using his spoken words with his hand sign language when he really wants or likes something. So... win-win! Five stars because this is one happy Momma! read more

2 years since my original review, I'm happy to say this place has improved! The bathrooms are pristine and (random) they have really nice toilet paper haha. The service was okay, they weren't super friendly but - unlike the past - they weren't rude. They did make our drink wrong again, but it was only a minor mistake (way too much cream) and the barista didn't give us a hard time about remaking it and she actually brought it to our table which I thought was nice of her. I'm relieved and grateful to see this location improving, I hope the next time we visit will be even better! I think the only remaining areas of improvement are order accuracy and friendliness. read more

I went to this Starbucks, they were slow and they were gossiping about their costumers they were very unprofessional and they made my drink wrong. They made me wait 5 minutes to order and were chit chatting with each other, made me wait 20 minutes for my drink and one employee was just standing there while I was waiting for my drink they took out the trash filled up the ice machine while I was waiting it was like they were trying to make me wait as long as possible. read more

I drive out my way every morning for this Starbucks. People at the drive thru are always friendly. Olivia makes my iced Starbucks double shot perfect every time. She even remembers my order, so whenever I forget to add my extra shot. She already does it for me. There's another worker who used to work morning shift, he got changed to night shift now but he is the best also! He has glasses and I can't remember his name. I've never had anything but wonderful service here. I've seen some bad reviews but I've realized some people just can't be pleased. The employees always make small talk and remember my drink, yes it's busy in the morning most days and you have a bit longer of a wait but if you watch the employees they are by no means working slowly. Leave earlier if you're going to stop by on a week day(give yourself like 10 extra minutes) . But really guys remember to be kind. However, they are still slow (standard for clarksville Starbucks) and ALWAYS out of standard items one would want at a Starbucks (mocha, white mocha, food items, cups). One day I'm fully expecting them to say they are out of coffee, yes it's that bad. The woman who was working the drive through at 12:30pm on Sunday, October 3rd was very hateful. I told her I had a mobile order and after she got my name she told me that I needed to be driving to place my order at the drive through. This is very offensive considering I can't drive. The last couple times I have been here the wait has been outrageous. I placed a mobile order at 10:13 with estimated pickup at 10:25, and didn't leave with it until 10:45. When there are 20+ people waiting on a mobile order (and 7 people behind the counter) you'd think the barista would have some pep in her step, but not here. Visited Starbucks today and met Roy a barista there!!! I want to point out that Roy was super friendly and even though he looked extremely tired his personality and charisma sure did make me smile. We spoke in the drive thru for a couple minutes and he was very intuitive and receptive of what I was saying. Roy took customer service to a hole new level by showing appreciation to a retired military police detective. Thank you for your extreme friendliness and great attitude during my visit. read more

I order the same drink using my mobile app, literally every day, usually at a different location but I was on this side of town today so I sent my order in over here. For the first time in probably 2 months of ordering the same thing, the barista here took the time to explain to me that the way I was ordering my drink on the app was causing an unnecessary charge (basically like a dollar more), she even took the time to show me how to order correctly on the app! My wife used her Starbuck's app to order two frappuccinos, and I went to pick them up. I went to the counter and told the barista that my wife ordered the frapps, and I wanted to confirm the ingredients. After confirming the ingredients, I sat down at the bar waiting for them to be made. While sitting there, I observed one of the baristas (Daryl) squat down to the ground and sneeze without covering his mouth WHILE holding two empty venti cups--arms extended. He did this twice, and no one batted an eye. He used those cups to complete a customer's order. I brought it to his attention, and he gaffed me off, telling me that he had a certain degree and knew about germs. He explained that he squatted down and sneezed into his knees. And I explained to him what I had just seen, twice, with my own eyes. So I asked another barista if there was a manager there, and she said yes, and went back to her task. Meanwhile, not a word about my order. So I asked about it, and she asked what the name was, and I told her. "Oh, it's been sitting here the whole time," she said. Needless to say, by the time I got them home (2 miles away), they were like cool flavored milk. Concern for hygiene was observed to be sorely lacking at this store, but the lackadaisical attitude was healthy. I don't think I'll be a frequent patron. read more

This store NEVER keeps stock of ingredients for their refreshing (never have) Pink Drink. This is not rocket science. It's supply/demand. If you know (and you do because you have told me several times) this is your most popular drink- then KEEP IT IN STOCK!! Secondly, being a little kinder would go a long way. Rude staff and honestly I have literally driven 44 miles further for Starbucks. Hopkinsville KY store is much more accommodating.
