We began stopping by last summer during after dinner strolls and I gotta say: BR has improved their ice cream game! I love a sugar cone with scoops of Pralines 'n Cream and Pistachio Almond but tonight I was inspired by a cute guy ahead of us ordering a cup of Beach Day (whut?) so I ordered that instead. It was PHENOMENAL, so much so that I had to thank that guy as he sat on the park bench adjacent to BR and tell him he inspired me to try something new. This makes me very sad. I have enjoyed this store for decades. However, the current owners make it very unpleasant to be a customer, like it is an imposition on them for us to spend our money here. Twice I have requested a flavor labeled over a full container only to be told that they do not have that flavor. The second time, the person (minimally) helping me would not even tell me what the correct flavor was she just demanded "Do you want it?" It is often hard to discern when the person who is supposed to be helping me is talking to me versus talking to a co-worker. It is hard to imagine anyone making a purchase there and coming away with the impression that they are a valued customer. It is very sad because with some minimal interpersonal skills, I do not see any reason this location could not be very successful. Had a discount on the BR app for a frozen drink, wanted mangonada but the lady at the counter repeatedly said it's only for the DD menu. I told her it was a BR coupon, also remembered using one for a mangonada before. I asked the male employee who at least tried and it worked. He also made the drink, with less chamoy as requested, and it was just right. Make sure to mix in the chamoy before drinking or else sour. read more

Since they are in the same store as Dunkin Donuts, only one employee who knows nothing about ice cream has to work both places and does a terrible job doing it. I don't understand this place. They are understaffed and disorganized. We went in today to try the Chick'n& Waffles ice cream. They have had a sign in front for weeks "Say hello to March's Flavor of the Month: Chick'n& Waffles." Well we went in and wanted to but some of this odd flavored ice cream. That is where things went south. The store is split up into two sides. Dunkin on one side and Baskin Robbins on the other. We lined up on the Baskin side and waited, we waited some more. While waiting we figured our kids could pick their flavors. First mistake. Out of all of the flavors maybe 3 of them had labels on the glass to tell you what they were. Back to the waiting. No one came over after a few minutes. My wife went to wait in the Dunkin line to see if that was the secret to getting served. Eventually someone showed up to help us out. First thing first we asked to try the Chick'n& Waffles ice cream. He told us oh we haven't gotten it yet. It is March 26 and they haven't gotten the flavor of the month?! Ok well at least now we can ask him what flavors they have so the kid's can try something. Nope he had no clue what any of the ice creams were. NO CLUE. My daughter asked for a scoop of rocky road. His response which one is that? We had to show him which one was rocky road. He scooped it and gave it to her. We noticed that somehow in the ice cream there was a giant hair. He had his head covered so it wasn't his, it was deep in the scoop hanging out the top. Gross. We all ordered our scoops taking guesses as to what we were about to have since most items weren't labeled. After getting our ice cream we had to ask for spoons because those weren't given to us. Ok we got our ice cream we went to pay and he said oh you need to go back into the Dunkin line to pay. The line was 3-4 people deep and there was one person doing the cash register. We sent our group outside and waited to pay. We ate our ice cream in line and by the time it was our turn to pay our ice cream was eaten. I estimate it took at least 20 minutes for 8 of us to get ice cream and pay. Ridiculous. I can promise I will not go to that Baskin Robbins ever again. What a waste of time. read more

My daughter and I went to get a milkshake and we were shocked at how disgustingly dirty it was. All the garbage were over flowing onto the floors and there wasn't a single clean table or seat in the place. On a plus there was 1 singular woman working really hard despite the everything. Like most Baskins this one shares a space with Dunkin Donuts as well. It's a corner store so it's decent sized. There are probably just under a dozen tables with seats here as well. It's been here for years and I'll make it a point to stop in for Ice Cream when I can and when I'm in the area. The service is usually pretty good here depending on how busy it is I guess. read more

I grew up LOVING Baskin Robbins. They were as much a part of my childhood as anything. Back then you could go to a B&R and there really would be 31 flavors and the people behind the counter cared about customer service. Today, as proved by this location, Baskin Robbin's are thrown in as an afterthought in Dunkin Doughnut stores, often manned by some franchise owner and counter folk that couldn't care less about whether you wanted a doughnut or a scoop of whatever 10 flavors they might be offering that day. As stores go, it's clean and spacious. As customer service goes, it's what has become typical of these places. Careful when ordering the hand packed quarts, they often don't fill it past the 3/4 mark and couldn't care less about your satisfaction. read more

I went there at 9pm on Saturday, July 6. I ordered 2 Qts of Tax Crunch ice cream from the lady attending to me This is a picture of 1 of the 2 Qts I received. The 2nd Qt was about the same. Both had lots of space around and lots of air under since it wasn't packed in making both Qts very light. Way back in the day it was nice when you ordered a Qt at Baskin & Robbins and they would weight it to show it didnt have a lot of air. read more

Really disappointed this second time coming here for the $1.31 promotion and they rang up as full priced. The promo was pasted on their ice cream case and server said that's for kids scoop which is not what the promo said. She finally gave us the sundae price which still isn't correct as he promo says single scoop and get as many as you like. read more

Their customer service went above and beyond when I ordered an ice cream cake for my sons birthday. Stupid me ordered a cake from here that needed to travel to deep Long Island and be eaten later (at a venue that did not have a freezer). I should've gotten the cake closer to the venue but already paid for it and was starting to stress. The morning of the party we contacted them and they told us to come in with our cooler. They were able to dry ice pack it for us at our request, Free of charge, wrap it in our cooler and put it in their big freezer until we were ready to pick up. Crisis averted! 5 hours later our cake was still very cold (not as frozen but still edible and delicious!). Thank you! Came in recently on a hot weekday summer night. Was expecting a line but there was none, the only good thing about my visit. Very disappointed to come in and find not 31 flavors as one would expect in a Baskin Robbins but only 13 flavors! Several spots for ice cream containers were just empty, not what you would expect in the summer. Service was indifferent. Also, the tables were filthy. I can understand if it were busy but there were only about 2-3 other tables occupied. I miss the old Baskin Robbins across the street. They always had a line and a full selection of flavors. read more
