Sapna and chiru helped us out right at 9:00 with an excellent attitude. He was in a hurry going from one kiosk to another and helped us find the way to the one that was open. The music was very good as well. The strawberry sherbert was very good .

    2 scoops for $7.25

The prices here are more expensive than other places for 2 scoops it's $7.25 but at a different häagen-dazs for 3 scoops it would be $7.45 but I didn't mind paying more. I will not be coming back not because of the prices, but because the worker was very rude. The lady taking my order did not give me a receipt and when I asked her for it she said she "threw it out" but never asked me if I even wanted the receipt. When I asked her to reprint it because I wanted to scan the points she gave me attitude because she has to put her phone down and get up to do a little more work even though there was no other customer.

Not as good as it looks or as I expectes

haagen Daz is good but its not anywhere compareble to the gourmet ice cream shops (duh) depending on the flavors you order they will all vary in taste. I dont like fruity ice cream unless i eat like pounds of meat, so i always go for creamy I got the butter pecan ice cream and it was the perfect flavor, not too sweet too, but i wished it was more creamy. The caramel was distributed evenly throughout the ice cream but pecans needed more. its good on first taste but as it continues its like oh ok you are good and ok. Would i get Haggen daz again? Yes, haggen daz is not mindblowing but you can never go wrong with ice cream (except baskin robbins) and haggen daz is a good brand. My favorite flavors: butter pecan(yes babyyy) salted caramel (a definite stable for me, this flavor will NEVER go wrong) gold medal vanilla(yes im basic) pistachio

Stopped at this Häagen-Dazs for a milkshake, cookie ice cream sandwich and a waffle cone My order was taken by Husam . Since the moment I started ordering my milkshake he greeted with an smirky attitude, I decided to ignore his attitude ,but as I began to get closer to the register I can honestly say he made me regret bringing my money to this business stand . Husam was so rude that I'm not sure why he doesn't look for another job if he can't provide a good customer service. I asked if he had the strawberry ice cream for the sandwich he literally got bothered that he had to serve /sell another item ......Honestly its ridiculous that he treats customers like this as far as I'm concerned none of the items I received were FREE, Money was paid. I'm concluding this review requesting the owner to please select your staff carefully , good customer service is a MUST !!!

One of my favorite thing over the globe.

If you tell me to choose for an ice cream ill go for the best. I got there at 8pm right when they were closing, I ordered a smoothie, strawberry banana. Christopher at the register was polite.

Long line but free is for me!

There are 2 kiosks (Level 2 and Level 3) located in the Queens Center Mall. To satisfy that ice cream craving when shopping.

very tasty, but very expensive. Just one scoop of ice cream will cost a lot of money.

Italian ice galore! Ralph's is a refreshing welcome to Forest Hills, Queens, NYC's shopping…read moredistrict Austin Street with company history origins in Staten Island, NYC. I remember I would frequently patronized Ralph's at 497 Newbridge Road, East Meadow, NY with my then boyfriend and we would take home large cups including several pints for his father. Indeed, this Ralph's is priced higher than competitor Rita's. (I have never visited The Lemon Ice King of Corona due to the inaccessibility location via mass transit. Thus, I cannot make a juxtaposition for comment). I am willing to pay for high quality of ingredients, good taste and abundance for quantity. Ralph's is my ultimate brand of Italian ice to seek and intake - Uncle Louie G comes second and nothing else. Ralph's always have a extensive menu of flavors for classic Italian Ice (water ice), cream ice (sherbet), ice cream, smoothies, and "Tornados" (blended treats). Italian ice made correctly without any pieces of ice and water at the bottom of the cup for the flavor to be diluted. I am old school traditional conservative and choose my default favorite type: classic Italian water ice. I ventured here on a cold day during the Christmas 2025 season rather than during a hot stifling summer day. At day's end it was a sweet phlegmatic ephemeral moment. Customer service is very attentive, efficient, courteous and polite as I was the only patron in the house. I've learned that (I think) most Ralph's locations will be closed during the winter months and re-open March 2026 since Italian ice and ice cream is a seasonal operating business. Oh! I always enjoy Italian ice year round and wished it were open year round which their website claims "fat free & cholesterol free." Space is large for patrons to order, wait and order pick-up for this location. I like the large wall-to-wall decal mural which is specific to the Forest Hills locale as it was my one-time former residence. There is one in-door bench which I sat to thoroughly intake to enjoy my sweet treat. I did receive a sales receipt. I would gladly visit again for watermelon, strawberry, mango, orange and cherry flavors. Small peach Italian ice, $6.19 The scooping for this small cup is large and very abundant. The flavor taste like summer's peach flair which contains actual pieces of peach fresh fruit. It does not contain dried processed fruit. Wow! It is a justifying sweet ending for a long haul arduous bitter day. Ralph's accurate correctively produces Italian ice as a wondrous delight which is thoroughly satisfying to the taste.

This time around I had their Mississippi mud ice in a small container and it was super delicious. Absolutely devoured the rich chocolate flavors on a steamy summer evening. The space is quite small, but does have seats where you can casually rest as you wait for your order or even enjoy your ices there. The staff were delightful and totally helped with ensuring you get the ice flavor. They offered tasting too to help the user experience.

This classic and favorite dessert spot still has its magic. When we arrived, there was a line on both sides- to sit down and the to go order. Since today is our first visit here but not our friends, we patiently waited for our turn to get a table. Corner table is not bad. We picked one of their best selling items- banana split, 2 scoops of ice cream. Comes with free whipped cream , choice of syrup, rainbow sprinkles a cherry. Extra charge for any added item like any toppings. Price is reasonable for the serving size, it can be shared. The server is ready to give extra cutlery. A glass of water should be asked, not automatically given. There is nothing extraordinary for the taste of the ice cream except the fact that all flavors are home made. The 1930's decors, classic kitchen gadgets, existing old style but refurbished furniture's , is selling popular candies in early 30's and original atm machines version still working are things that make this place extraordinary , an additional things to look forward to and keeping customers coming back. A monopoly Queen's edition board game puts a smile on my face when I find out that they are selling it for a good fee and includes a $20 gift card with it. Right away purchased it. Definitely coming back to try their other popular and hot items. By the way when we are about to leave, there was a long line waiting for seats.

As the city's oldest continuous ice cream parlor, it has been bringing cloud nine to dessert lovers for nearly one hundred years. Unlike modern shops using pre-made bases, this joint makes all of its small batch ice cream, syrups, and incredibly thick whipped cream right on the establishment. Costumers acclaim the original early 1900s ambiance, featuring vintage marble countertops, heavy wood accents, a historic old refrigerator, and antique swivel stools. They are famous for their spectacular, towering sundaes loaded with all your favorite toppings. Digital payments are not an option so first-timers might be surprised. For around $12, guests enjoy a generous two-scoop sundae, though some find it a bit pricey. Cozy limited space, big demand! Weekend wait times may vary.

Spectaculoos!…read more Spectacular should be spelled Spectaculoos from now on. It just feels cooler to have the "oooos" enunciation at the end doesn't it? This Sunday only Wafel and Dinges truck is just way to dangerous. They should limit you to one of these because it's just way to hard choose just one option. Perhaps the Sunday only option is their way to protect us from those of us with no self control. If that is the case, good thinking W & D! As far as the Wafels, is there anything that Spekuloos (my current sweet addiction) or Nutella is spread on that doesn't taste awesome? Is there anything that fresh cut strawberries and whipped cream can't elevate? Who doesn't like a freshly made, still warm, slightly crunchy Belgium Wafel? You'll want to enjoy promptly right after you get your order it is most delicious the second you get it. Don't wait! The truck has all required utensils right there for you and the box is built in a way that makes it conducive to eat by sliding the Wafel to the edge to bite. However you're on your own to find seating to enjoy which can be somewhat of a challenge in some neighborhoods, where this truck parks including this one. Pro tip: head to the nearby MacDonald park nearby. One final thought, for those diabetics out there, just keep walking, there isn't anything here for you to eat,....

It's refreshing to see more food trucks in the Forest Hills areas.
