I confess I am not a huge fan of ice cream so I don't go here very often. I enjoy it, but I don't crave it like the rest of my family does. I grew up with all kinds of ice cream parlors and B-R seems to be the last of the OG still around. Maybe that's why, but this location always seems kind of sad to me, even when it is packed full of kids. It's a little bit grimy around the edges, the equipment is old school, the tables are a little sticky. Nothing really bad or disgusting but not the happy, cheerful vibe I expect from an ice cream place. The ice cream is very good though. High quality and fresh. I haven't had a bad one yet. It's pricey, post-pandemic, but not beyond my price point yet. We have gotten Polar Pizzas and ice cream cakes and things over the years and those have all been very good. The kids working are friendly but they always seem to be lost, like they aren't sure what they are supposed to do next. There never seems to be any Adult Supervision behind the counter. I don't really mind but if there's a crowd then it backs things up worse. Despite the weirdness I keep going back. I haven't had a truly bad experience to drive me away, but I never have a great time either. read more

Ice cream was awesome, try the pumpkin cheesecake or the pistachio almond. Nutty coconut was incredible too. Had the thickest malt I've ever had. I have a ridiculous amount of ice cream cakes available too. Most are pretty cool looking. read more

I don't go here often, but it's Baskin-Robbins'; what's not to like? It's a cheerful ice cream shop with a nice variety of flavors, plus some ice cream cakes. The staff wasn't rude, they weren't out of anything, and there were no obvious other problems. This location has a drive-thru too, which seems like a nice bonus. read more

just left from baskin & robbins i ordered a 2 scoop hot fudge sundea and the scoops were so little because i saw an african american teenager with her dad she had a 2 scoop waffle cone that had double the size than i had. i don't know if the lil guy who made mine knew how big to make it or not. but this was absolutely noticeable !!!! it cost $5.79 and getting it in this tiny cup comparing to the 2 scoops she got was so wrong !!! i definitely won't be going back !!! i also realize the cost of living is 10 times more and we get charged higher and receive less so sad !!!! read more

We have a special needs son that gets his hair cut next door to this BR. He knows we go get an ice cream after the hair cut because he hates having a hair cut. When we come in as a family, we are greeted kindly and they all know it was hair cut day. They tell him how nice he looks and one time got a free extra scoop! I got it for my son& friends(18th B'day) because he said 'I've always wanted one of those cakes'. Was so disappointed in the quality,cake was stale tasting and ice cream not much better. I purchased an ice cream cake but was disappointed when I served it. My guests complained that it was covered with whipped cream and not a thin layer of ice cream, as usual. I called the business and an employee said they began that practice a few weeks earlier. I requested a re-do or refund with my receipt and more than half the cake remaining. The employee stated that the owner was the only person who could authorize this, so I left my name and contact information. No one ever called and all future calls to the business went u answered. She was very rude, rushed us and I absolutely told her that when we got to the drive thru. She didn't have a name tag on but the receipt given the name on there was either Traycee or Kaycee. 9/12/20 Went to drive up and ordered two PINTS of ice cream. When I got home and opened the bags it was immediately evident that the containers were much smaller than pint containers. I washed an empty one out and it measured 12 oz not the 16 oz that comprises a pint. I have been buying ice cream in pint containers for decades and from BR until this incident. I would also note that a pint is not only a recognized volume but also an ice cream standard volume distribution unit all thought I have noticed that some brands in a supermarket are sold on less than full pints but then they are labelled as to the amount of the contents. BR does not tell you the contents on the container. I called the store and complained to the manager who offered if I bring the containers back he would refund. I tried to get him to understand that a request for a pint is a specific volume and he explained they sold their product by weight. I pointed out a pint is a volume and I did not get what I requested. I believe BR needs to train their staff to tell people they no longer sell pints containers when someone asks for one or to prominently post what they sell and by what measurement. Baskin Robbins used to be my absolute favorite place for ice cream. Although we'll still visit other BR locations, I'm done with the rude people at this place. We have 5 kids, and we used to love bringing them and their friends here for ice cream. We've had bad service before, but never enough to keep us away. That all changed yesterday. They decided to close up shop at 5pm for Halloween, which is odd, but whatever. When my husband showed up at a few minutes after 5 and begged for an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday, they just shrugged at him. He had cash in hand and didn't even need change! For years BR ice cream cakes have been a tradition for all of the 7 birthday celebrations in our house, and often for friends. Not anymore!! Refuses to provide an accurate receipt for credit card charges. It seems like a minor detail; however, if it was just minor they would do it the right way. They charge a 40 cent charge on credit card purchases less than $7 and itemize this as as "Cake Design Charge." Businesses are permitted to charge a surcharge on credit cards, but they have to do it in one of two ways; a brand level-surcharge or a product-level surcharge. A brand-level surcharge would be charging all Mastercard users a surcharge. A product level surcharge is charging a fee for certain items. To surcharge in either of these methods, the merchant must give Mastercard and Visa 30 days notice so that they may monitor their surcharging practice. Furthermore, here is a quote from the merchant agreements that outlines what notice is required to be given to the consumer "A merchant must provide clear disclosure to the merchant's customers of the merchant's surcharging practices at the point of interaction which shall include the amount of the surcharge and the dollar amount of the surcharge on the transaction receipt provided by the merchant to its customers." Love getting ice cream here, by far my favorite ice cream in the country. I usually go in to eat and the inside has been hit or miss ranging from very clean to very dirty, just depends on the night and staff. Ice cream is always good. I usually always order toppings if I get a single serving of ice cream and I've had ranges in toppings ranging from great and well served to meager and next to none. I love my toppings and when I'm ordering them extra expect to get what I pay for every time, not 50% of the time and get skimped out on the others. Specialty ice creams are always enjoyable, but some can be very sweet. Pricing has been creeping up over the last few years and is one of the few things that limited me from going there, especially with the hit or misses on the toppings that are charged for. In closing great place to get ice cream, just needs to improve on consistency and watch pricing to warrant a 4 or 5 star review. read more
