We have given them chance after chance to improve their customer service and wait times. My family has gone to this location 4-5 times in the last 3 months and every time we go in we are not acknowledged for at least 10-15 minutes regardless of whether we go inside or drive thru. Once we get acknowledged the servings are minuscule, the staff isn't even friendly and when going thru the drive thru we are told on more than one occasion that basic ice cream staples like chocolate or cookies n cream aren't something they serve. Not that they are out of it-they straight up don't serve it. If you go inside the tables and floors are always sticky and the trashes are usually overflowing. Serving ice cream at a family friendly location should be a nice and welcoming experience where you want to go back, but that is just not the case here. read more

Went in there yesterday and the air conditioning wasn't even working, I don't know how they can make those kids work in conditions like that. I went in on August 31, which was $1.31/scoop night. There were nothing but kids working behind the counter, and it was very busy. However, I was greeted and served right away. The young staff seemed friendly and to know what they were doing. The store seemed to be clean and in order even for a busy night. This location is great if you are leaving town towards HWY 158. I will eventually stop here again for another treat. I've always loved BR :) read more

They never dissapoint and have amazing flavors a bit pricey though I reccomend Wild and Reckless if you like tart and sweet flavors

Went thru the drive thru and waited over a minute for my order to be taken. I figured hey maybe since last week it wasn't working it may still be down (no sign tho) proceed to drive up to the window and wait for someone to come take my order. 4 min went by and nothing. Yet we saw a family on the outside area eating ice cream so I asked my husband to knock on the window. He did and finally someone came to the window. I asked her Are you open? (Since we waited so long to get serviced) She said yes. So she took my order I asked for a banana split and she said what kind and if I wanted all the toppings, I said two strawberry scoops wippcream and nuts and that'll be it. And she had the nerve to get her attitude and say do you want toppings and of course I replied and said Just wippcream and nuts that's it. She walked away Whith the biggest attitude! My mother, kids and I went in on a Monday night and were the only ones there. We were serviced quick and timely. The two kids working behind the counter seemed to be able to handle the job to a minimum. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned off because out of over a dozen tables not one was clean. The boy cleaned off our table but left all the other ones filthy (which we found odd and frankly kinda lazy). There were napkins all over the floor, I am assuming from the napkin dispenser that was empty. Fingerprints covered the sneeze protector glass over the ice cream and the trash can and the empty hand sanitizer dispenser by the doors were disgusting and filthy. After seeing the way things were kept on the customer side I started to wonder and got me a little worried about how things were kept on the employee side. A little training for the kids would do wonders for the place, maybe management could show them how to wipe some things down. read more
