From what I can gather, Kem CoBa specializes in specialty ice cream and sorbet flavors, though they also have a small selection of pastries as well. Specifically, they have unique flavor combinations that I had not seen elsewhere. We did not get to choose our flavor during our visit, which was okay as we got one that was quite tasty: raspberry lychee swirled with rose. I was a little hesitant about the rose at first but it wasn't overly floral and paired well with the sweetness of the raspberry. The ice cream was soft serve, and was super smooth. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with Kem CoBa. The ice cream was smooth and tasty, and the offer a product that is not typically seen in other ice cream parlors.
