Nice staff. Yummy ice cream! There were three employees scooping ice cream at about 830 on a Saturday night. Moderately busy and they were friendly and keeping up with the line. I like the consistency in the flavors at BR, you pretty much know what's going to be in those buckets. Clean restaurant. A few tables and chairs inside. I think I recall a table outside, too. Small parking lot, next to an insurance company, that was fortunately closed. We had four cars in our group and there were other customers, too. Very steep incline in front to get in the lot. Easy fix: management could print out the coupon to scan, and if you show you have the app, they could scan their copy of it. It's always done problem in there. I ordered a classic celebration ice cream cake for my friends birthday party. Their online ordering system made it easy to see all the options, customize it with colors and birthday message, decide pickup date and time. There was also a $3 off coupon for orders over $15! All in all, the cake was good and the birthday girl was really happy. The one problem that I had with the order was, when I got there to pick it up she told me there was no writing on it. I was slightly disappointed because I had ordered a specific birthday message and color that was all included. I went here on Father's Day to treat my guy to his favorite Ice Cream when a black BMW pulled up and young female walked inside behind the counter then came back outside where there were about 5 families including mine waiting to enter in to order. She closed the door on us said we are closed we are out of icecream. I took.my family to B&R to get my favorite, Cherry Jubilee on Father's day after leaving the movie theater. We were waiting patiently for about 10-15 mins before we made it to the door around 9:00 Sunday night. While waiting, I watched employees switch out empty tubs with full tubs of ice cream.
