There's a Jamba Juice a location in a Santa Maria is great. It's located next to the Starbucks in this section of stores in the plaza. There isn't much inside seating but there are a couple tables outside where you can enjoy the weather outside. I usually get the classic smoothie like the Caribbean Passion and I've even gotten a couple of pastry items here. The sourdough pretzel is surprisingly delicious. Be sure to sign up for their rewards club so you can get points for purchases. They also occasionally run promotions so you can take advantage of that. Through the app you're able to easily mobile order things and items will be ready for you. As for the parking there is a little section right there by the store is limited but it is possible where you could get blocked in if the Starbucks drive-through line is really long. Overall this is where I will come and get smoothies if I am in town. The team here is usually very nice and I haven't come across any issues before. read more

I work in the same shopping center and this is my go-to when I work the day shift. Their rewards program is awesome!!! I'm always getting $2 or $3 off my orders (which seems like) every time I order. The app is easy to use and my orders are always ready when the app says they will be. The young ladies that work at this location are friendly, efficient, personable, and respectful. NO QUALITY CONTROL!!! I thought I check out Jamba Juice as I had not been there in a long time, we purchased two drinks and both were substandard. Drink #1) Orange Dream Machine was served as a liquid, not a frozen smoothie, furthermore there was too much vanilla soy milk added to the drink where you could not taste the orange. Shouldn't it be orange with a hint of vanilla? Drink #2) Orange Carrot Twist was served lacking equal portions but was 90% carrot juice. The carrot portion was so overwhelming that I could not detect the orange, and make no mistake, the employee knew it was Orange Carrot as I saw her pour orange juice into the drink. It was an utter disappointment that Jamba Juice lacks the quality control needed to make a good smoothie. Tough Love: Management needs to get their act together and see that each drink meets the consistent quality control standards!! The young lady with the curly hair who works here in the morning is a wonderful employee (I wish I knew her name). I have been here in the morning a few times in the last couple of weeks and she is always super friendly and helpful. I witnessed her even speaking a little Spanish to a customer which was delightful. She then explained he is a regular customer and always asks for an extra sprinkle in whatever shot he was ordering that morning that makes it spicy. It caught my attention because not only was she super friendly, but she also takes the time to remember the frequent visitors. Every time I come here it's always great service and yummy drinks. Mobile orders strike again! Showed up at this location and it was about 5 minutes before we even got to place an order (nobody else in line in front). All the while mobile orders coming in ahead of us. The focus is clearly on mobile orders as opposed to people that actually take the time to come in and place an order. After a 12-hour shift at the hospital, looking at bloody cooch all day (I've had to float on the OB unit as of late), I not only never wanna have babies, but Jamaba Juice has sadly become the highlight of my day. I once had a friend who claimed to dislike it, and while it's certainly nothing novel, I never understood how he could. Thick, tasty, & creamy, this particular location has never messed up on my drink just yet. Staff has always been friendly as well. Without fail, I almost always get one of the following three smoothies: - Strawberries Dreamin' (on the secret menu) - Matcha Green Tea Blast - Peanut Butter Moo'd At $4-$5 a pop, it's a little pricey for what it is. I love this place. I would give it 5 stars but Jamba has recently changed some stuff that has really taken from its unique image. They recently changed to paper cups to be more "green" and feel good about the environment. Unfortunately this has the side effect of removing almost all insulation between the drinks and the outside air. Now my Jamba melts ridiculously fast and becomes a drink rather than a smoothie. Second, their sizes are now small, medium, and large. Come on Jamba. Don't be like all the other stores. Set yourself apart! Aside from these complains (the paper cup thing has MAJORLY reduced the frequency of my visits) I love Jamba. Their employees in particular are just plain awesome at the Santa Maria location. The juice is great, I especially like their kale drinks. Some of their others are a bit sweet for me. The reason for the meh review is that they really take advantage of the kids working for them. I have a young friend who takes the bus across town to get there and far too frequently they tell her when she gets there, "Oh, we don't need you today." I have complained to the labor commission about it. I think they are abusing the inexperience of the kids they hire and it seems like a sign of incompetent management to do that so frequently. They waste her time and energy and bus money, and sometimes when she gets home they call her back and tell her, "We need you after all" It seems abusive to me. read more

This is my favorite smoothie place in town. I've tried a lot of their smoothies but my favorite is the Berry Fulfilling. I also have them add half a banana to it because I love banana. I like the fact that they have so many menu choices & they have a few light smoothies. By light, I mean lower in calories. Which is usually one of the ones I choose. They have a good selection of supplements to add to your smoothies some are free & some cost a little extra. The service is always good & the prices are reasonable.
