I came in on Sunday night and had such a great experience. Both people working were super friendly, but the guy there really stood out. He made my shake perfect--literally the best one I've ever had. Thank you Baskin Robbins for making a great birthday cake. As a kid I had such fond memories of the birthday cakes my Grandpa used to order and bring to our parties. I wanted something special for A friends birthday. I stopped into this location and the store was very busy with customers ordering ice cream cones. I don't blame them. Baskin Robbins is the best. The staff took my cake order and we joked about the fact that he is a cowboys fan and that I should order him a Bears cake. I'm the Bears. I was good and ordered him his team cake. The price was right for such great looking cake and tasty too. I ordered the 12" round, chocolate cake with Reece's ice cream, Cowboys decoration for 46.00. It was so worth it. I will be ordering birthday cakes from here going forward. Nothing beats the Baskin Robbin Brand, the friendly staff, and this location totally went above and beyond for me. read more

It's with heavy heart that I leave this review. Baskin Robbins has been my favorite ice cream since I was tiny. Mint chocolate chip got me through many life events, both happy and sad. Today it let me down. The minty-ness was almost non existent. I know they recently changed the ice cream so it's not as green as it used to be, but they assured me that the flavor was unimpacted. However I disagree. The flavor was nearly extinct, leaving me longing for my old friend. Luckily, the chocolate chips remained the same-I love the small chips: a perfect ratio in every bite. I'm hoping that the powers that be read this and bring back the best mint chocolate chip ice cream in the world. Don't make me have to go find a replacement. read more

Ever since I was a young lad, I've LOVED Baskin Robbins. What better way to treat yourself on a hot summer day than a thick creamy scoop of ice cream or a delightful milkshake. The wonderful decor brought the same vibe as I remembered from my childhood experiences. The employees quickly served the customers ahead of us. The one employee who attended to us was cheerful and helpful in letting us sample different ice creams. One thing that bothered me was the fact that she wasn't wearing gloves when serving the ice cream - which I'm pretty sure they are always supposed to do, even pre-COVID. The ice cream was perfectly creamy and flavorful. The prices are very reasonable, but were even better considering TMobile's free $5 coupon. Wish we had a Baskin Robbins closer to home so I could indulge myself more often. read more

Who doesn't love ice cream. Been here several times, even busier times and also been served quickly. Only thing that might slow it up is if someone is trying a million flavors (or 32- they actually have 32 my son counted). There are only a few tables to sit at (16 seats) so if it busy and you see wanting to sit inside you may be out of luck. If a month has 31 days, go on the 31st! read more

This place has my favorite Rocky Road ice cream. And my husband always gets the Baseball Nut. The scoops are fairly consistent - though sometimes my child has gotten a bigger 2-scoop portion than me. But we keep coming back because no one else's Rocky Road can compare. They do have an app with deals, so download that if you want to check to see if they have a promo/discount. read more

We went on a busy Monday evening. 3 teenage boys working. Well- 2 were helping customers.. the other was taking the white plastic pieces (that keep the ice cream buckets apart) out and cleaning them. AS he did this his thumb went into every bucket of ice cream - the line was wrapped around the inside of the store and he avoided all eye contact and .. I don't know.. cleaned? It was gross to see! The other boys (no name tags) were working really hard, trying to get people served.. but the third was just nasty. Ice cream from Baskin Robbins was good and all but I watched the girl named "Jayden" put her hair in the ice cream at this location in the district. Luckily it wasn't my ice cream that her hair was in, I mean at least of what I know of. After I watched her scoop the persons ice cream and rang me up, I asked her if she could pull her hair back because her hair was getting in the ice cream she just smiled and said yeah. After going back in to order something else I noticed her hair was still not out of the way. Very disgusting if you ask me. read more

We sat at the table and ate our ice cream as I watched her repeat this experience for at least six more customers. I had to go back up to the counter to get her name: Kaitlyn Brande. She's competent, helpful, and has the sunniest, welcoming personality. Baskin-Robbins will do well while they can keep her. I'd steal her away if I could. read more

Baskin Robbins is kind of old school, but I love it. For a basic ice cream cone, you can't beat these guys. With the 31 flavor choices, there's something for every taste. I like that just a basic cone and not as over-the-top as some of the other ice cream shops in town, making it an indulgence I don't feel too bad about. This location is small--they only have 3 or 4 tables--but the service is very friendly. I imagine they get pretty crowded in the summer, but in March there's never a wait. 4 stars! read more

Worst experience with this Baskin Robbins. It's New Years Eve and I called ahead to order 4 quarts of ice cream and told the girl that I'd be there in an hour. She said ok. I get there - the open sign is lit but doors are locked. A girl and guy (teenagers) are talking behind the counter and as I knock on the doors they IGNORE me for 5 minutes. We celebrated a sweet 16 birthday with no cake, because this shop failed to make the cake. I stood in the store waiting for the manager to arrive, because no one in the shop would tell me what was going on. Manager was frustrated, because she had already worked her shift and had to come back to deal with me. Parting gift was being told id have to wait two days for a refund, for their failure.
